Q	Quest Henkart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. It was very fast. We had three staff members helping us get our prepaid service up and running. I was nervous after reading the other reviews. But they were really amazing!
m	mario09ath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ services of bad quality, arrogance, lack of care, towards customers ... we paid 12 € for the renewal of the credit and after 4 days and two other present at the store, the money has not yet entered the phone. they have collected the money and they do not want to charge my phone. I went back to the store with the receipt, they told me to solve it and after four days nothing. annoying!!!

But they only set the appointment time and do not come. I paid and did not use Wi-Fi. They only know how to have coffee in the middle of work and talk to each other. Score: Zero ??????????
P	Pandabaer Hellas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobile provider store... Nothing wow. 2 stars for friendly employee. 3 stars less for not having honest contracts. !!!WARNING!!! Careful!They steal(somehow legally) your money in pepaid mobile contracts.i dont know why the goverment doesnt stop this... When you buy credits they take fees , that from lets say 10 euros stay in your account around 8! That means if you want to take a 10€ package, you have to buy 15, and have later leftover in the mobile account!normally all fees have to be included in the packages. And if you dont put regular credits, after a short ( not many month) period the money disappears and your mobile is unusable after max 3 month. Its a 100% ripoff and illegal for mobileproviders in most other european countries as for example germany. I do not recommend! Unfortunateley here in greece cosmOTE is the old public monopol, and the few private are following a bit the mayor company, because is mostly their network. The philosophy is here, take it or stay without mobile.
