Αν προκυψει ζητημα με συμβολαιο με 2 συσκευες που ανηκουν σε αντρογυνο και ζητησεις το απλο να μην σε ενοχλουν 13888 και αλλες π@π@ριες. Η απαντηση απο τον απλο υπαλληλο μεχρι τον" Δντη" πρεπει να ερθει εκεινος που υπογραψε το συμβολαιο! Βρε βληματα τον λογαριασμο γιατι τον στελνεται και στα 2 τηλεφωνα? Η απαντηση αποστομωτική δεν μπορουμε να κανουμε τιποτα γιατι στη φορμα της αιτησης παιρνει μονο ενα ΑΦΜ. και δεν μπορουμε να κανουμε τιποτα. (Δηλαδη ρε οργια... εν ετη 2019 δεν μπορειτε να αλλαξετε την φορμα της αιτησης?) Employees are helpful as well. If there is a contract with 2 unmanned devices and you simply do not mind 13888 and other users. The answer from the simple employee to the "Don" must be the signatory! Bugs the account because it is being sent to the 2 telephones; The repulsion response can not do anything because the form of the application only gets one VAT number. and we can not do anything. (You can not change the form of the application in 2019)

Ε	Ευδοκία Μιχαηλιδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα τρία αστέρια δεν είναι για το προσωπικό που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και πρόθυμοι, αλλά για την αντίληψη της cosmote γενικότερα, λίγοι υπάλληλοι που προσπαθούν αλλά δεν προλαβαίνουν απαξίωση των πελατών, (έχασα ΜΙΑ ώρα από τη δουλειά μου ΟΡΘΙΑ!!,γιατί βέβαια δεν έχει ΠΟΥΘΕΝΆ καθίσματα για τους πελάτες, για κάτι σχετικά απλό),γενικά έφυγα πολύ θυμωμένη από το κατάστημα στη Δράμα γιατί έμεινα με την αίσθηση ότι είμαι αναλώσιμη...θα το ξαναπώ οι υπάλληλοι δε φταίνε σε τίποτα The three stars are not for the staff who were very helpful and willing, but for the perception of cosmote in general, a few employees who try but do not manage to devalue customers, (I lost ONE hour of my work RIGHT !!, because of course it does not have NOWHERE seats for customers, for something relatively simple), I generally left the store in Drama very angry because I was left with the feeling that I am consumable ... Δ	Δημητρης Παλλετας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα μπάχαλο πάνω από 3 χαμένες ώρες χωρίς να γίνει η δουλειά μου αλλά λένε στο 13888 και αλλά κάνουν στο κατάστημα τα νεύρα μου στο κόκκινο ταλαιπωρία μεγάλη 2 ημαιλ έστειλα και ακόμα γιαυτα απάντηση δεν πήρα ενω έληξε το συμβόλαιο μού και είπα να το κόψουν μόνο γραμμή ίντερνετ είχα κουβαλάω το ρουτερ θαρρείς και είναι εξάρτημα στο αυτοκίνητο. Ο υπάλληλος τούς δεν το παραλαμβάνει το 13888 ευγενέστατοι αλλά λένε ευτηχως πού ακόμα δεν εχω μαλώσει μαζί τούς απαράδεκτοι και είμαι πελάτης τούς μία ζωή κρίμα. A mess over 3 lost hours without doing my job but they say in 13888 and but they make my nerves in the store in the red trouble big I sent 2 emails and still for them I did not get an answer while my contract expired and I said to cut it only line internet I was carrying the router neatly and it is accessory in the car. Their employee does not receive it in 13888 very kindly but they say happily that I have not yet quarreled with the unacceptable and I am their client for a lifetime pity.
