C	Constantine Malss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα COSMOTE (Άγιος Αντώνης ) η υποδοχή με κατεύθυνε αμέσως σε υπάλληλο , δυο αναβαθμίσεις σε σταθερά έγιναν άμεσα χωρίς κουραστικές ερωτήσεις , άμεση ταυτοποίηση των αλλαγών που ήθελα . Οι υπάλληλοι μεταξύ τους επικοινωνία επιπέδου χωρίς ψιθύρισματα μπροστά στον πελάτη , εισέπραξα αποτέλεσμα αμεσότητα διάθεση και αναγνώριση . Υπάλληλος Κ.Μιχάλης * επίσης ανέλαβαν να ελέγξουν 3 φορές αίτημα μου με αριθμούς των αιτήσεων σε κατάστημα Στο ΚΟΛΟΝΑΚΙ , όπως και αλα 2 ίδια αιτήματα για το ίδιο θέμα , που δυο χρόνια δεν έχω απάντηση στο κατάστημα της Οδού αθηνας που ο υπάλληλος με άφησε να περιμένω μιλώντας πίσω στα ταμεία με συναδέλφους και καλώντας τον ήρθε στο πόστο του και μετά τι έκανε … μιλούσε στο τηλέφωνο για την τοποθέτηση του κλιματιστικού του στο σπιτι με τεχνικούς σωληνώσεις τρύπες κτλ . Προσπαθούσα κάνοντας νοήματα να ασχοληθεί με μένα όπου αγανάκτησα φωνάζοντας την προϊσταμένη και τότε μου επιτέθηκε αγριεμένος φραστικά λέγοντας με ( ουραγκοτάγκο) κτλ . Η προϊσταμένη νεαρή κοπέλα δεν την υπολόγιζε καθόλου παρόλο που του ζητούσε να σταματήσει , η ίδια μου ζήτησε συγνώμη και ανέλαβε η ίδια να καταχωρίσει τη αίτημα μου . . Δεν έκανα καμία αναφορά υποχωρώντας , όμως με αφορμή το κατάστημα του Άγιος Αντώνης πρέπει να πω ότι το κατάστημα της οδού αθηνας πρέπει να εκπαιδευτεί απο τον (άγιο Αντώνη .) Οδού Αθηνας : οποίος μπορεί να το αποφεύγει . Πρόταση : η οδός αθηνας έχει πολλούς τουρίστες φαντάζομε την ίδια μεταχείριση θα έχουν , τέτοια εικόνα θελουμε ; Βάλτε ένα ερωτηματολόγιο ικανοποίησης να πατάει (ο πελάτης( όχι γραπτό ). Looks like a warehouse with items scattered allover the place BUT offered superb service, dealing and resolving multiple mobile and land-line issues not dealt with through 13888 for 4 days. Worth traveling to get here. Bravo guys!
