★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λυπαμε πολυ δεν μπορειτε σαν εταιρια να εξιπηρετισετε τα δικα σας λαθη ακομα το τηλεφωνο μου δεν δουλευει και ειναι καρτα με δυο τηλεφωνα αυτο που εχω να με περνουν και το εχω στην καρτα του μαγαζιου μου αν δεν μπορειτε να μην κανετε τετοιες καταστασεις ντιουαλ

Στις αρχές του μήνα υπήρχε ένα πρόβλημα στην σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο και μέχρι σήμερα έχω συχνές αποσυνδέσεις, εννοείται πως αυτά συμβαίνουν.
Το πρόβλημα μου είναι ότι όσες φορές προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω (τηλεφωνικά και μέσω της πλατφόρμας) δεν τα κατάφερα και από τα αυτόματα τηλεφωνήματα μου λέγανε ότι θα το φτιάξουνε μέχρι την επόμενη μέρα το οποίο δεν έγινε.
Δεδομένου ότι αυτό προκαλεί πρόβλημα στην εργασία μου (από εκεί που παίρνω τα χρήματα για να πληρώσω τους λογαριασμούς μου) και δεν μπορώ να εργαστώ λόγο της κατάστασης θα ελπίσω να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου
The criticism is not for the store but for the company.
At the beginning of the month there was a problem with the internet connection and to this day I have frequent disconnections, of course these things happen.
My problem is that as many times as I tried to communicate (by phone and through the platform) I did not succeed and from the automatic phone calls I was told that they would fix it until the next day which did not happen.
As this causes problems in my job (from where I get the money to pay my bills) and I can not work due to the situation I will hope they contact me
