★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι φυσιολογικό τι κάνουν; Η ΜΙΚΡΌΤΕΡΗ ανανέωση χρόνου ομιλίας είναι ήδη 12.50€ με κάρτα! Με εντελώς φραγή μετά από 3 μήνες ΜΌΝΟΟΟΟΟ!!! Τι είναι αυτό ρεεε?? Πάτε καλά?? Θα στείλω email στον πρόεδρο! Και εγώ δεν είμαι μοναδικός! Ήρθε η ώρα να σταματήστε! ΚΛΈΦΤΕΣ!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε αναμονή 30 λεπτά ρε μπαγάσες; Δέκα χρόνια στην Vodafone και μόλις ήρθα στην εταιρία σας με κάνατε να το μετανιώσω. Φαντάζομαι πως σας φέρονται εκεί μέσα για να μην το σηκώνετε μετά από τρείς μέρες συνεχόμενων κλήσεων. Μια εκτροπή κλήσης θέλω να κάνω και ούτε κι' αυτό λειτουργεί. Ο παλιός ΟΤΕ είναι εδώ ενωμένος δυνατός.......εμετός. Κρίμα γιατί οι τεχνικοί σκίζονται κάθε μέρα να διορθώσουν τα αδιόρθωτα για να τα στείλει ένας μπετόβλ@κ@ς στο κάλαθο των αχρήστων και απαξιώνουν ολόκληρο οργανισμό. Η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση είναι το Άλφα και το Ωμέγα μιας καλής εταιρίας κύριοι & κυρίες υπεύθυνοι της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.

I imagine they bring you in so you don't pick it up after three days of consecutive calls. I want to make a call divert and it doesn't work either. The old OTE is united here, strong ....... vomiting. It's a pity because the technicians are torn every day to correct the uncorrected to be sent by a betovl @ k @ s to the trash and they devalue the whole organism. Telephone service is the Alpha and Omega of a good company, ladies and gentlemen in charge of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βλέπω στα σχόλια άτομα που είναι ευχαριστημένα γιατί εξυπηρετήθηκαν άμεσα. Εγώ σας παίρνω από εχθές το απόγευμα και δεν έχει απαντήσει κάνεις. Σας έχω πάρει, κυριολεκτικά, πάνω από 40 φορές! Κατανοώ ότι η Σπάρτη είναι επαρχία και προφανώς υπολειτουργεί, αλλά είστε ΑΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΤΟΙ. Ντροπή!!!
I see in the comments people who are happy because they were served immediately. I have been picking you up since yesterday afternoon and no one has answered. I have taken you, literally, over 40 times! I understand that Sparta is a province and obviously underperforming, but you are UNJUSTIFIED. Shame!!!
