The worst store and service I have ever encountered, they sold me a package without telling me there was 1.5gb usage a day. Then the manager who was disgusting refused to give me a refund. I advise you to use WIND, they are 1000 times better!

We said that we want to buy ONLY INTERNET. Firstly, manager said, that 15€ for 7.5gb is only for Iphone and 28€ for the other devices with duo sim function. She said, that it is very complicated to set the APN (in fact it doesnt need to do because it sets automatically). Secondly, when we bought 7.5gb for 30days for 15€ (it works good) she gave 2 receipts: 5€ for 3g internet and 10€ for calls! But we said that we want only internet many times. I thought that world company vodafone would be better than the others. Not recommend :(

Tourists be ware! We came from Canada looking for data for our tablet. We were told that we would require a portable router which we ended buying along with the highest data package. When we tried watching a movie before going to bed we noticed we didnt have any connection. We ended up going back to the store only to find out we can only use 3gigs / day according to European union? I dont understand why this was not mentioned at the point of sale!! Educate your customers instead of robbing them! First and last time that i chose Vodafone. Ade geia! ?

Steer clear. "Germanos" and "Wind", down the street from where this place is, will definitely NOT rip you off as hard as these guys did. Only reason I went in in the first place, was because I needed a gift for my best mate's birthday. Product was on the shelf "on sale" from 99€ to 79€. Cashier mentioned the discount, which was a deciding factor for me, for purchasing the product. Cashier then went on to say that the sale had "expired" upon reaching the product pickup point, forcing me to pay for the full price out of discomfort and awkwardness. After purchase, I went on to research the product online, only to find it on sale for 61€. Steer clear from this establishment, it's very obvious that these guys are scam artists. Finally, just want to say that this is downright illegal trade. P.S. Product was a pair of Huawei Freebuds Lite, white coloured.
