★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and understanding. After many problems with the call center of Cosmote today I have finally resolved all the issues. Mr. Sfontouris, Mr Tilis and Ms Chalvatzi were extremely helpful during the whole procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful staff, if all you need is a phone and not a contract (monthly pay & commitment for 18+ months). prompted me to check the site. Sad.
Update: Even after the review I was prompted to open a ticket through the portal! I did and noone has called me 24hrs now. I managed to find some info on the web and ... assume the rest, towards deciding on my purchase.
