★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this is poor. Even the link sent by the owner to remedy the situatuon doesnt work... Waiting over 6months for a landline and wifi service, zero communication from Cosmote. I have never seen anything like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall poor customer service - I was treated like they did not care. Plus the girl who helped me (didn't catch her name) inputted 2 personal details wrong on the system and I had to change them later by calling 13888 again so spending more on the issue that has now been dissolved. Also on the 31st January my contract is coming to an end and I found something much better than what they offer in another provider. It is a shame because I am a client within Cosmote for the last 10 years or so.
