★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα έχει καταπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση.. όλα τα παιδιά μέσα είναι φιλικότατα και πολύ σωστοί και καταρτισμένοι επαγγελματίες.. ξεμπέρδεψα αμέσως
 This particular store has amazing service .. all the kids inside are very friendly and very correct and trained professionals .. I got rid of it immediately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπόν, με ταλαιπωρίσανε αρκετά με μια απλή σύνδεση του Ίντερνετ. Οι υπάλληλοι του καταστήματος δεν έφταιξαν σε κάτι, απλά το συμβόλαιο το έκανα εκεί. Αλλά δυστυχώς, οι τεχνικοί χειροτέρεψαν με τα χρόνια. Ενώ πριν γνώριζαν μόνοι τους να συνδέουν τα πάντα, τώρα ξαφνικά πρέπει να βγεις, να τους δείξεις το κουτί, να τους δείξεις τη γραμμή. Σκέτη ταλαιπωρία. Εξαιτίας τους παραλίγο να βάλουμε καινούργια γραμμή, επειδή απλά δε τη βρίσκανε και έλεγαν ότι δεν υπάρχει. Καμια υπευθυνότητα πια, μόνο προχειροδουλειές. Άδικα πλήρωσα και τον ηλεκτρολόγο για την επίσκεψη, τα χρήματα αυτά δε μου τα αποζημίωσε κανένας. Και επιτέλους μετά από 4 μήνες έχω Ίντερνετ και τηλέφωνο.
Well, they bothered me a lot with a simple internet connection. The employees of the store did not do anything wrong, I just did the contract there. But unfortunately, the technicians got worse over the years. Whereas before they knew how to connect everything themselves, now suddenly you have to go out, show them the box, show them the line. Sheer inconvenience. Because of them we almost put a new line, because they just did not find it and said that it does not exist. No responsibility anymore, just sketches. I also unjustly paid the electrician for the visit, and no one reimbursed me for this money. And finally after 4 months I have internet and phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. The client support is none : hours wasted on the phone, no answer by email. Nasty surprises rain down as you want to unsubscribe. I am not talking about the website which works in english once in five. Finally this bad feeling of not being accompanied when you are a foreigner (but apparently it's the same for the Greeks).
