Τελειώνουν τη δουλειά τους οι πελάτες που είναι μέσα, βγαίνουν από το κατάστημα και δε βάζουν άλλους. Δημιουργούνται απ' έξω τεράστιες ουρές και στο τέλος πολλοί δεν προλαβαίνουν να εξυπηρετηθούν λόγω ωραρίου. Στο παρελθόν, υπάλληλος μιλούσε στους πελάτες στον ενικό και έχω υπάρξει μια από αυτούς. Το τηλέφωνο το έχουν ως διακοσμητικό. Δεν το απαντάνε ποτέ. Εάν δεν μπορείτε να το λειτουργήσετε κλείστε το. I have never received worse service from a bank. Όλο το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό ,άψογα καταρτισμένο και πάντα πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Ειδικά η κ.Παραρα είναι η ψυχή του καταστήματος, ένα μεγάλο εύγε στη Διοίκηση της Τράπεζας Πειραιώς για τα στελέχη της..
