★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and its bathroom were really dirty, old and shabby. The bathroom water was salty water. We found 5 big spiders inside the room. Dirty pillows and bed sheets.The kitchen facilities were disgusting and hooked. If you wanted air conditioning you’d to pay 6 euros per night.
Otherwise, the barman was really friendly and nice.
We wouldn’t never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird feeling. The place is nice, and clearly very well taken care by the owners in spite of the salty water that prevails in the area. The price is also very reasonable. And i understand things like cleaning the room only twice a week. However, the owners were not present when we arrived, and the waitress was unable to sort us out with like a: "please have a drink while we wait for my boss' confirmation", or a "please take this room while I wait...". She was completely powerless (useless?) and we had to wait for an hour, and insist through Booking until we got the owner's attention. So, either the staff is in fear to act, or undertrained or just useless. In any case, something to think about. Oh, there was another guy who was extremely nice, to be fair, but he did not participate in the room assignation, apparently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for details from the bar staff, we had a drink, and by the time we were leaving they hadn't brought us any pamphlets or business cards. Looks very pleasant and staff were friendly but maybe over stretched.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartment, very lovely staff, nice pool and short walk to their private beach. a bit out of town - 15mins walk, but easy to get the bus from corfu town to here, just get off at nikos supermarket (before kassiopi town) and walk down the hill 7mins. Thanks to Joanna for helping me with my booking and Alex for recommending Limani Restaurant in Saranda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex is around 3 miles from kasiopi centre and harbour. It is clean and tidy, surrounded by trees and has a wonderfull outlook. Alex and his staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help. I had the most relaxing holiday that I have ever had. If you enjoy walking then this is the place for you, but it is hilly in places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stay. Superb balcony views from room overlooking well maintained gardens with sea view. Beach very close, great for snorkelling. Alex, Nico and Ricardo were legends, caring for us and making us feel so welcome. Food is excellent. Pool area very clean and plenty of sunbeds with shade available. Rooms were kept clean by lovely ladies. Great place to stay. near enough to Kassiopi to walk into town, after climbing a steep hill. 100% value for money. Thanks to all for an enjoyable visit.
