★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice village by the sea. There is a magnificent bakery on the main road. There is a pharmacy and a mini market, which are also on the main road. The coastal street is nice with nice cottages and small restaurants and cafes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and picturesque seaside village. Minimal amenities (a small market, a bakery and a pharmacy) but very friendly people. There is a serviceable beach at one end of the village that can get pretty crowded as it is mainly used by a nearby camping site. The seaside promenade during the evenings is very romantic and most of the restaurants and taverns offer delicious candle-lit dinners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this is very much a family beach, the setting and the relaxed local feel makes it ideal for anyone wanting to experience Greece rather than some tourist version of the country. As a grumpy, middle-aged, childless couple we initially thought we'd landed in hell, but we loved every minute if the place and will be back. ❤❤
