Great place for a beach, actually a big one, that has umbrellas and taverns with affordable tasty food

Favourite place in Greece. Wonderful village, fine restaurants and exquisite beaches.

Beautiful and peaceful village with spring water going to the sea and houses looking to the sea on a steap hill. Very charming

This little village is very nice we got a small apartment 15 feet from the beach a ,a few in the area basic food but good. The beach area is nice and the people are really nice I like this side of Pillion more than the east side

Stunning views, beautiful crystal clear water to swim in plus clean beaches, great food, peaceful, and people here have hearts as warm as the sunshine here. Gorgeous little village. Delighted we have come here for our honeymoon. We have stayed in an Airbnb mainly because we have stayed for almost 1 month. There are a few hotels/guesthouses to choose from in the village. Some places may have a more steep walk up to than others so take time to check. I have added 2 pics of places with numbers that are closer to the seafront and lovely. There is a cheap coach that runs regularly if you want to go to kala nera and Volos (good for ATM runs as no Atm in Afissos although most places take cards. Also the day boat trip on a Thursday is completely worth it. Ask at the travel agent in the square. Lots of restaurants to choose from in Afissos but have to say...Alena and her crew at the restaurant in the Square cook outstanding food. We will be coming back for many years I hope x

A beautiful, easy going, seafront village. Plenty of places to eat and drink with fascinating old houses built on the steep hillside. Love it. Staying here gives you easy access to the Pelion peninsula with stunning views.

2nd time for us to stay here at Studios Leonidas. They are located just before Afissos centre at Lagoudi beach The studios are clean and of standard design. There's a bathroom, a standard kitchenette and bed/living room. They have a spacious terras with seaside view. The terras has shade in the morning and is equiped with a sunroof. It's s lovely place for breakfast. The place is ran by Stavros, Dina, Fannis and Leonidas who try to make your stay as best as possible. Rooms are cleaned every couple of days, towels are then changed also. The Belconnen is changed once a week. Access to the studios is a bit steep, but you can park your car next to the door. The studios are located on a 5 minute stroll from the village Afissos. You can find some bars and restaurants in the quiet town. A bit after the center are organized beaches, bars and restaurants. We haven't been there yet. 200m to the left you have access to a small but gourgeous beach and the sea. Less then 1 km to the right you can find the organized beach of a beach hotel/bar where you can spent a nice day at the beach. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation, look no further.
