★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unfriendly welcome. The receptionist lady was on the phone and I didn't want to bother her and looked around. Then she interrupted her phone call as follows: "Sorry, we are a private museum, it costs €5." My message now goes to this lady today at the reception:
I know that you are a museum. I just wanted to be polite not to bother you on your phone call.
You may change your way of communicating so that you can greet guests not with a "Sorry" but with a "Welcome". And you can kindly ask me if I want to be your guest. I don't allow you anything else. The museum needs paying visitors, not me.
What a pity! I wanted to take part on a grate history.

Converted now to a museum, it still retains most of its original architectural beauty. The restoration is amazing and the tour guide will fascinate you with stories about the day life of the residents.
