★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το σπήλαιο βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στα καταφύγια Μελισσουργών και Πραμάντων, στα 1000+μ. υψόμετρο, δίπλα σε μία ρεματιά. . Στην σπηλιά λέγεται ότι έβρισκε καταφύγιο μαζί με τα πρωτοπαλήκαρά του ο Κατσαντώνης, που είχε γίνει ο φόβος του Αλί Πασά και ήτανε οπλαρχηγός επί 10 χρόνια. Το σπήλαιο διανοίγεται σε κροκαλοπαγές, κατά μήκος μίας υπόγειας κοίτης ποταμού. Αν και με μικρή ποσότητα νερού έχει αρκετό ενδιαφέρον και διάκοσμο. Σε μερικά σημεία το σπήλαιο ανοίγει και σχηματίζει θαλάμους, ενώ κατά μήκος της κοίτης το ταβάνι προοδευτικά στενεύει. Δυστυχώς αρκετά γραμμένα στα τοιχώματα και στο διάκοσμο. Το σπήλαιο έχει χαρτογραφήσει το 2017 η "Σπηλαιολογία Θεσσαλονίκης Πρωτέας"

In the cave, it is said that Katsantonis, who had become the fear of Ali Pasha and had been the chief for 10 years, found shelter with his bosses. The cave opens into cobblestones, along an underground riverbed. Although with a small amount of water it is quite interesting and decorative. In some places the cave opens and forms chambers, while along the riverbed the ceiling gradually narrows. Unfortunately, a lot has been written on the walls and in the decoration. The cave has been mapped in 2017 by "Speleology of Thessaloniki Proteas"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν θέλετε να περπατήσετε στο δάσος, σε ένα ωραίο μονοπάτι μέσα στα δέντρα, οκ. Αλλιώς, η σπηλιά είναι μια τρύπα στο έδαφος, πάνω στο μονοπάτι, στην οποία δε μπαίνεις αν δε συρθείς στις λάσπες και δεν ξέρω και πόσο βάθος έχει και αν αξίζει. Σίγουρα πάντως δεν είναι επισκέψιμη από τον καθημερινό πεζοπόρο-τουρίστα. Απέχει περίπου ένα 20λεπτο-μισή ώρα από τη Μονή Αγ. Παρασκευής και το, πολύ καλά σημαδεμένο, μονοπάτι έχει αρκετά ανηφορικά σημεία.
If you want to walk in the forest, on a nice path through the trees, ok. Otherwise, the cave is a hole in the ground, on the path, which you do not enter unless you crawl in the mud and I do not know how deep it is and if it is worth it. However, it is definitely not visited by the daily hiker-tourist. It is about 20 minutes and a half from the Monastery of Ag. Friday and the very well marked path has several uphill points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόκειται για μια μικρή σπηλιά πάνω στο μονοπάτι προς το καταφύγιο Μελισσουργών. Δεν κατάφερα να βρω ντόπιους στο χωριό ώστε να ρωτήσω σχετικά με την ιστορία του Κατσαντώνη σε αυτά τα μέρη.
Η σπηλιά δεν είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερο και μάλλον δεν αξίζει η επίσκεψη.
This is a small cave on the path to the shelter Melissourgon. I could not find locals in the village to ask about the history of Katsantonis in these places.
The cave is not something special and probably not worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο σπήλαιο φυσικά όμως μόνο για σπηλαιολόγους. Μην πάτε αν δεν είστε έμπειροι.
Very nice cave but of course for cave specialists only. Do not go if you're not experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cave is not if you are not speleologist. You need flashlight to enter and better to have somebody to safe you if something happens. Walk here is very nice at all weather.
