Οι άνθρωποι που τα παρέδωσαν ευγενέστατοι, γρήγοροι και σχολαστικοί. Στοίβαξαν και τακτοποιησαν 2 κυβικά στην αυλή και 1 κυβικό στο μπαλκόνι του πρώτου σε 15 λεπτά χωρίς ασανσέρ και μου δώσανε και δύο προσανάμματα δώρο . Χίλια μπράβο για την υπηρεσία και την ποιότητα! Immediate service, delivery was made the next day at the scheduled time. The wood was excellent, dry and clean. The people who delivered them were very kind, fast and meticulous. They stacked and arranged 2 cubic meters in the yard and 1 cubic meter on the balcony of the first one in 15 minutes without an elevator and gave me two lighters as a gift. Η ποιότητα των ξύλων μου πολύ καλή, παρόλο, που, δεν είχα διευκρινίσει ότι έχω μεσαίο τζάκι, άρα χρειάζομουν και μικρότερα ξύλα, μου έφεραν και μικρότερα σε μέγεθος, δηλαδή, το ιδανικότερο. Ο άνθρωπος με τον οποίο μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο, πολύ ευγενικός και εξαιρετικός στην επικοινωνία και παιδιά απ' το συνεργείο ευγενέστατα. Θα ξαναγοράσω. E	Evangelia Tsakou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα παραγγελια αρχες Ιανουαριου για δρυ οξια κ ελια. Πραγματι μετα απο 2-3 μερες η παραγγελια ηρθε. Που να φανταστω ομως οτι τα ξυλα θα ηταν μουσκεμα, λες και τα βγαλανε απ τις στεπες του Αμαζονιου. Ελια φυσικα πουθενα (αφου ειναι πιο ακριβη!). Αποδειξη κ αυτη πουθενα (κοστιζει κ αυτη!). Και σαν να μην ηταν αρκετα αυτα, ξεχασανε να μου φερουν και 2 σακια προσαναμμα το οποιο ειχα προπληρωσει. Το προσαναμμα απαραιτητο σ οποιον σκοπευει ν αγορασει απ το καταστημα, αφου για να καψεις 10 ξυλα, με το χαλι που εχουν, θες κ ενα σακκι προσαναμμα! Ο καλος κυριος ομως υποσχεθηκε να μου τα φερει μεσα στην επομενη εβδομαδα. Οσο τα ειδατε εσεις αλλο τοσο τα ειδα κ εγω... Και για κερασακι στην τουρτα, μετα απο 2-3 τηλεφωνα που εξηγω οτι εχει περασει ενας μηνας και ζηταω να μου φερουν τα προσαναμματα τουλαχιστον, αντι για προσαναμμα πηρα ενα μπλαζε υφακι και προφαση το χιονι που εριξε πριν 3 μερες. Στη Λαπωνια να ημασταν ενα μηνα τωρα θα ειχαν ερθει τα ξυλα ρε ανθρωπε! Συμπερασμα: μη σας ριξει η χαμηλη τιμη, τα ξυλα ειναι μαπα κ ο επαγγελματιας για καταγγελια (την οποια εχω κανει, οχι για τα 10€, αλλα για το υφακι του που ειναι για τα πανηγυρια και για το επιχειρηματικο του δαιμονιο που ειναι για φυλακη). Προειδοποιηση για το καμαρι μας: μη μπεις καν στον κοπο να απαντησεις η να δικαιολογηθεις και κρατα και τα προσαναμματα να τα κανεις δωρο στον επομενο μ@κα που θα πεσει στην τυχη σου Προειδοποιηση για αγοραστη: μη πεις οτι δεν ηξερες! xD I placed an order in early January for oak and olive trees. Indeed after 2-3 days the order came. But I can not imagine that the woods would be wet, as if they were taken out of the steppes of the Amazon. Olives of course nowhere (since it is more expensive!). Proof and nowhere (it also costs!). And as if that were not enough, they forgot to bring me 2 lighter bags which I had prepaid. The burner is necessary for anyone who intends to buy from the store, since in order to burn 10 woods, with the carpet they have, you also want a bag of burners! But the good gentleman promised to bring them to me within the next week. The more you saw them, the more I saw them ... And for the icing on the cake, after 2-3 phone calls that I explain that a month has passed and I ask them to bring me the at least the quilts, instead of a quill I got a blaze weave and pretext the snow that fell 3 days ago. If we had been in Lapland for a month now, the wood would have come, man! Conclusion: do not drop the low price, the wood is a map and the professional for complaints (which I have made, not for 10 €, but for its weft which is for the festivals and for its business demon which is for prison ).
