Probably the best service we had in buying wood for our fireplace. Dry the wood and clean the stacking! I highly recommend them!

Τη μια χαλασε το αυτοκίνητο,την αλλη δεν τα βρισκαν οι συνέταιροι μεταξύ τους,μας εκλεισαν κ δεύτερο ραντεβού κ ακομη τους περιμενουμε. Τα ξύλα ήρθαν στεγνά ξερά και τοποθέτησαν και το τελευταιο Thank you for the prompt service although I did not expect it in the rainy weather today! The wood came dry and placed the last one
D	Dimitrios Vourdoubas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η παραγγελία για πρώτη φορά και έγινε τηλεφωνικά για 1κυβ Ελιά και 0,5 οξυά. Συζητήθηκε το θέμα των συνήθως υγρών ξύλων που δεν ανάβουν και με τις διαβεβαιώσεις του υπευθύνου ότι τα ξύλα φυλλάσονται σε στεγνό χώρο προβήκαμε στην παραγγελία. Σύντομα καταλάβαμε ότι τα ξύλα που μας παραδώσανε άναβαν με μεγάλη δυσκολία (Ελια είχε βάλει ρίζα από μονος του σχεδόν το περισσότερο φορτίο)αφού περίμενα να ανάψω μερικές φορές για να είμαι σίγουρος πήρα τον υπεύθυνο τηλέφωνο για να του πω το πρόβλημα. Είναι απίστευτη η αντιμετώπιση τους υπευθύνου στο κατάστημα δεν δεχότανε με τίποτα αυτό που του έλεγα δεν έφταιγαν τα ξύλο του, για όλα φταίγαμε εμεις που δεν «ξέρουμε» πως να ανάψουμε το τζάκι (μια χαρά το ανάβουμε τα τελευταία 40 χρόνια) και να του φέρουμε δείγμα να το μετρήσει για την υγρασία και άλλες ανοησίες. Του είπα λοιπόν ότι αν τα ξύλα ανάβανε δεν θα τον έπαιρνα και τηλέφωνο τι πιο λογικό..!! Συνεχίστηκε μια στείρα συζήτηση που δεν έβγαλε πουθενά απλά πετάξαμε 150 ευρώ για ξύλα που δεν ανάβουν και καπνίζουν. Καμμία πρόταση να μου τα αλλάξει η ακόμα να μου δώσει τα χρήματα μου πίσω όπως θα γινόταν σε οποιοδήποτε άλλο μέρος του πλανήτη. Εξυπηρέτηση πελάτη το απόλυτο ΜΗΔΕΝ. The order was made for the first time by phone for 1 cube of Olive and 0.5 beech. The issue of usually wet woods that do not light up was discussed and with the assurances of the person in charge that the woods are stored in a dry place, we proceeded with the order. We soon realized that the wood they delivered to us lit with great difficulty (Elia had rooted almost most of the load on his own) as I waited to light it a few times to be sure I got the person in charge to tell him the problem. It is unbelievable the treatment of the person in charge in the store, he did not accept with anything what I told him, his wood was not to blame, for everything it was our fault that we do not "know" how to light the fireplace and bring him a sample to measure for humidity and other nonsense. So I told him that if the woods were lit I would not call him, what is more logical .. !! A sterile discussion continued that went nowhere, we just threw 150 euros for wood that does not light and smoke. No suggestion to change them or even give me my money back as it would in any other part of the world. Absolute ZERO customer service.

Το προσωπικό αφού τελείωσε την τοποθέτηση η οποία στο χώρο μου ομολογουμένως είναι πολύ δύσκολη γιατί έχει αρκετές σκάλες και είναι κουραστική και χρονοβόρα, σκουπησε και καθάρισε τον διάδρομο και την είσοδο με ότι είχε πέσει κάτω αφήνοντας τον χώρο πεντακάθαρο. Φορούσαν όλοι τις μάσκες τους και ήταν ευγενεστατοι. Δεν πρόκειται να ξαναψωνησω από αλλού.!!! Thanks for the service. I know your woods are well-groomed and well-groomed. The staff after finishing the installation which in my space is admittedly very difficult because it has several stairs and is tedious and time consuming, wiped and cleaned the hallway and the entrance with what had fallen down leaving the space spotless.
