About Kavas Yachting
We are a well-established Greek yachting company with over 25 years of experience in our industry, offering services of yacht rental in Athens, Lefkas island, Skiathos island and Kos island and, as well as crane & shipyard services.
Kavas Yachting was founded in 1985 by Vaggelis Kavas, a former Greek Naval officer, whose passion for yachting and the sea led him to venture into yacht charterting. It was a very humble beginning, with a tiny 30' yacht.
Today, Kavas Yachting's company-owned fleet comprises more than 45 sailing yachts of all types and sizes, ranging anywhere from 61' to 30'.

Great selection of mono-hulls and catamarans, honest price-list, excellent service and support, fast check in and check out and a trouble free week! How much better can it get?!
We chartered two lagoon 450 catamarans for the week 20-27/10/2018. Although late in the season (last charter) the yachts were in great condition and we didn't encounter any issues. check in was fast and efficient as it was check out. Staff was polite and competent.

The boat was ok, but some important informations about her issues of maintenance have been missed during check-in.
So it made our first days a little bit uncomfortable.
After the finish of the race we have got the phone call from the owner of kavas.com himself with some explanations and apologises.
Summary: happy end. We like Kavas. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been chartering with Kavas for over 10 years. Fabulous company, very accommodating with requests and the boats themselves are always in tip top condition. Would not hesitate to recommend this boating company. They suit all holiday needs, I have chartered for ‘boys’ sailing trips and ‘family’ ones. Each type of holiday the boats suit. Furthermore, I have also employed their Captain and crew when I have been on trips were not all the passengers are sailing experts. The staff were extremely knowledgable in the waters and enabled all the families to relax and enjoy the beautiful Greek setting. The marina, where you check in, is very easy to get to from Athens airport and the Kavas yachting team ensure you don’t wait around for too long. The sailing waters around the Soranic islands and Peloponnese are truly magical, great for a voice skipper as the waters are generally very calm.

We had the chance to see a lot of islands, to dive in crystal clear waters and to experience the relaxation and family bonding that such vacations can offer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ End of June/ early July 2021 we spent two weeks in the Ioanian Sea on a new Beneteau Oceanis 40.1 and we absolutely enjoyed it. It was a dream holiday with perfect weather, crystal clear water, nice people, good food. Everything was perfect. Minas of Kavas Lefkas Marina did a great job again, all was perfectly prepared and check-in and check-out was so easy-going. It was the fourth time with Kavas and we did not have a single bad experience. We will charter a boat with Kavas again as soon as we can.

The boat was absolutely fantastic, brand new, perfectly maintained and sailed perfectly.
The team of Kavas Yachting is extremely friendly and super professional and Mr. Kavas himself is a great person. We can't wait sailing again with Kavas.
