Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bei der Ankunft war unser Zimmer sauber. Ja es stimmt das die Zimmer nicht jeden Tag gereinigt werden, aber wenn man der Managerin was sagt wird es auf jeden Fall gemacht. Der Strand und das Meer ist sehr schön und auch sehr warm. Der Pool ist sauber und auch warm, genau richtig für den Urlaub im September und im Oktober. Der Besitzer der Anlage ist immer nett zu uns und versucht mit allen Mitteln die er hat uns allen einen schönen Urlaub zubereiten. Die Anlage liegt so gut das es sehr ruhig ist. Die Bars und Tarvernen in der Stadt sind ca. 300 Meter weg und dort kann man billig essen gehen und auch Frühstücken. Wir bevorzugen aber lieber was besseres. Einen Roller kann man sehr günstig hier mieten. Uns gefällt die Anlage sehr gut, wir werden es mit guten gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Amazing place friendly clean Just a lovely place to stay

Nice place near beach, with beutifull view to sea. Rooms are cleaned every 3-4days, in all rooms there is airconditioning. In rooms there wasant any soup or shampoo. Pool bar is good they prepering good foon also good coctails ;).

After a friendly welcome by the woman of the bar, we arrived in our air conditioned room and everything looked perfect. However, there was not much that actually worked out. No light in the bathroom, a kitchen with 1 fork 1 spoon and no knives, a balcony that smelled like pee, no trashbins, a lot of ants in the bathroom, a broken shower, a toilet that has struggles flushing. Also, at peektimes, the water comes up from the sewer on the floor of the bathroom making everything wet and disgusting. Room did not get cleaned in our 3 day stay and was already sandy when we arrived. It is not possible to control the airconditioning yourself, even when it is way too cold. The bed was new and quite good, when you're able to ignore the blood stains on the sheets. The accomodation has a swimming pool and a beach in backyard. The beach was covered in seaweed and filled with annoying sellers who come to you and try to sell handmade jewellery all day. Finally, Kavos is a town dominated by British people between 18 and 23 that only drink and party 24/7 so if this is not your thing I do not recommend staying in this town.
