Α	ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΟΣ ΚΑΜΠΟΥΡΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι ....παραγγείλαμε μια τηλεφωνική συσκευή SAMSUNG Α52 5G σε συγκεκριμένη απόχρωση μέσο του Skroutz.gr η οποία ήταν διαθέσιμη στο KaziMobile και αμέσως βεβαιώθηκε η απόστολή της για την επομένη (ημέρα Παρασκευή) μέσο της παρακολούθηση της παραγγελίας με δημιουργία κωδικού αποστολής στην DHL ,αλλά η αποστολή δεν έγεινε, στη τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μαζί τους εκ των υστέρων υποσχέθηκαν στην επόμενη εργάσιμη (δλδ Δευτέρα) στα σίγουρα διότι δεν το είχαν ή να αποστείλουν τη συσκευή στην απόχρωση που έχουν διαθέσιμη τη Παρασκευή (κάτι που δεν το δεχτήκαμε γιατί θέλαμε το συγκεκριμένο γι'αυτό κάναμε και τη παραγγελία σε αυτούς που έγραφαν ότι το είχαν διαθέσιμο και το πληρώσαμε στη τιμή που το διέθεταν) και πάλι δεν το έπραξαν και έτσι από Παρασκευή σε Δευτέρα και μετά Τριτή μόνο υποσχέσεις δέσμευσης μόνο και μόνο για τερματίσουν τη τηλεφωνική συνομιλία (καλύπτοντας το 3μερο max που δείνουν για την παράδοση) και τίποτα άλλο και πάλι απαράδεκτοι προσφέρουν προς πώληση κάτι που δεν το έχουν στο "ράφι" και με "τρίπλες" προσπαθούν να αποφύγουν τις δεσμεύσεις τους ρίχνοντας το βάρος της ευθύνης στους προμηθευτές τους για την μη έγκυρη παράδοση των παραγγελιών και από την άλλη μεταθέτουν την επόμενη μέρα τις αποστολές τους με εικασίες παραλαβής χωρίς να το διασταυρώνουν ..πως πουλάνε κάτι που δεν ΕΧΟΥΝ!!!! Καλά που έγεινε η παραγγελία μέσο Skroutz και προωθήθηκε η παραγγελία σε άλλο κατάστημα ΠΟΥ ΤΟ ΕΧΟΥΝ...τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας..... l	lineta kamenica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση. Για ένα κινητό το οποίο έλεγε πως είναι διαθέσιμο και θα γινόταν η παράδοση σε 3 εργάσιμες μας πηρε 2 εβδομάδες. Χρειάστηκε να περασουν 10 μέρες, στις οποίες κάθε φορά μας έλεγαν πως το κινητό υπάρχει , για να μας ενημερώσουν πως τελικά δεν το έχουν στο χρώμα που θέλουμε και έχουμε πληρώσει αλλά σε κκάποιο άλλο, και αν τελικά το θέλουμε. Ταλαιπωρία χωρίς λόγο. Tragic service. It took us 2 weeks for a mobile phone that he said was available and would be delivered in 3 working days. Τώρα δεν απαντούν καν και δεν το έχουν παραδώσει στην μεταφορική ακόμα. Ετοιμαζώ καταγγελία στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή και καλό θα ήταν να κάνουν το ίδιο και οι υπόλοιποι που έχουν πρόβλημα μαζί τους, που βλέπω ότι είναι αρκετοί. Αν δεν μπορούν να διαχειριστούν τον όγκο των παραγγελιών, είναι υποχρεωμένοι να μας ενημερώνουν από πριν. Αυτοί οι αλήτες ακόμα και τώρα γράφουν στο σάιτ τους χρόνο παράδοσης από 1-3 μέρες. Bums. Α	ΑΡΙΑΔΝΗ ΚΑΝΕΛΛΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα 2 κινητά τηλέφωνα samsung τον Μάρτιο του 2021, το ένα χάλασε μέσα στο πρώτο πεντάμηνο...το έχω στείλει σε επίσημο συνεργάτη της samsung για επισκευή και μου ζητάνε απόδειξη αγοράς.....προσπαθώ ένα μήνα τώρα να επικοινωνήσω με το Kazi Mobile να μου στείλουν την απόδειξη αγοράς κι είναι άφαντοι.....δεν απαντάνε σε τηλέφωνα.....δεν απαντάνε στα email......θα απευθυνθώ σε δικηγόρο, γιατί μου βρωμάει η όλη κατάσταση με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα...,πολύ προσοχή σε όσους συνεργαστείτε με αυτό...!!! I bought 2 samsung mobile phones in March 2021, one of them broke down within the first five months ... I have been trying to contact Kazi Mobile for a month now to send me the purchase receipt and they are useless ..... they do not answer the phones ..... they do not answer the emails ......
