J	John Papateo (JPapateo) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζω ένα αστέρι για κριτική, γιατί δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένος από την τεχνική εξυπηρέτηση και δεν μου παρείχε την υπηρεσία την οποία πλήρωσα (θεωρώ με το παραπάνω). Για service ηλεκτρικής κιθάρας (δλδ. αλλαγή χορδές, έλεγχο ηλεκτρικά, ρύθμιση ταστιέρας....μαγνήτες...) χρεώθηκα επιπλέον, χωρίς όμως να υπάρχει αποτέλεσμα. Μετά από χρονικό διάστημα σχεδόν 2 μηνών, παρέλαβα την κιθάρα μου βρώμικη, με γρατσουνιές που δεν διορθώνονται, στραβή ταστιέρα, λάθος τοποθέτηση floyd rose, με αποτέλεσμα η κιθάρα να μην ανταποκρίνεται όπως πρέπει. Δεν υπάρχει κάποιο προηγούμενο με την επιχείρηση και τον τεχνικό, ήμουν πελάτης χρόνια, αλλά θα περίμενα μια πιο επαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση την πρώτη φορά που εξέφρασα την δυσαρέσκειά μου και όχι να προσπαθούν να με πείσουν ότι όλα ήταν εντάξει από τη μεριά τους. Δείγμα καλής θέλησης από μεριάς μου ήταν ότι δεν παρήγγειλα τίποτα ο ίδιος από internet (που θα μπορούσα με πολύ λιγότερο κόστος και να πληρώσω μόνο την τοποθέτηση) αλλά συμφώνησα όλες οι παραγγελίες και τα εξαρτήματα να δοθούν από το κατάστημα. Λυπάμαι. I put a star for criticism, because I was not happy with the technical service and it did not provide me with the service I paid for (I consider the above). For electric guitar service (ie changing strings, electric control, keyboard adjustment .... magnets ...) I was charged extra, but to no avail. After a period of almost 2 months, I received my guitar dirty, with scratches that are not corrected, crooked keyboard, incorrect placement of floyd rose, with the result that the guitar does not respond properly. There is no precedent with the company and the technician, I was a customer for years, but I would expect a more professional treatment the first time I expressed my dissatisfaction and not to try to convince me that everything was okay on their part. A sign of goodwill on my part was that I did not order anything myself from the internet (which I could at a much lower cost and only pay for the installation) but I agreed that all orders and accessories should be placed in the store. I am sorry.
