★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα και παρέλαβα αν και καθυστερημένα και με πολλές δυσκολίες μια καινούργια μηχανή. Είχε συμφωνηθεί με το κατάστημα λόγω της αγοράς να γίνει μια μικρή έκπτωση σε δυο κράνη της επιλογής μου και να παραδοθούν μαζί με τη μηχανή. Αυτό δεν έγινε ποτέ. Όλο κάποια δικαιολογία για την καθυστέρηση και πάντα αφού πρώτα εγώ έστελνα email να ρωτήσω. Το κατάστημα μου έλεγε πως θα τα έχω τις αμέσως επόμενες μέρες αλλά από τότε έχουν περάσει αρκετές εβδομάδες. Δεν γράφω αυτήν την αξιολόγηση για το ποσό της έκπτωσης που περίμενα στα κράνη αλλά κυρίως γιατί προσωπικά σε όλη την εμπειρία μου με το κατάστημα δεν είδα επαγγελματισμό αλλά αντιθέτως είδα αδιαφορία και έλλειψη εξημέρωσης.
I ordered and received a new machine, albeit belatedly and with great difficulty. It was agreed with the store due to the purchase to make a small discount on two helmets of my choice and to deliver with the machine. This never happened. All some excuse for the delay and always after I first sent an email to ask. The store told me I would have them in the next few days but several weeks have passed since then. I am not writing this evaluation for the amount of the discount I was expecting in the helmets but mainly because personally in all my experience with the store I did not see professionalism but on the contrary I saw indifference and lack of domestication.
