Σε παραγγελία που έκανα και την πλήρωσα εκ των προτέρων, τα 2 από 3 ρουχα δεν υπήρχαν καν στο κατάστημα, ενώ στo site έλεγε πως υπήρχε απόθεμα. Δεν πηραν ουτε ενα τηλέφωνο να ενημερώσουν. Έμαθα για τη καθυστέρηση της παραγγελίας υστερα από δική μου κίνηση μέσω e-mail. Irresponsible behavior on the part of the store. In an order I made and I paid for it in advance, 2 of the 3 clothes were not even in the store, while the site said that there was stock. They did not get a single phone call to inform. I found out about the delay of the order after my own move via e-mail.

Πήγα και το άλλαξα στο καταστημα της Αγίας Σοφίας και τα κορίτσια ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικές εκτός απο την αλλαγή στο νούμερο πήρα και αλλά πολλά πράγματα τα οποία είχα φοβηθεί να τα παραγγείλω απο το e shop! Σίγουρα με κερδίσατε σαν πελάτισσα και θα σας προτείνω και σε όλες μου τις φίλες!! ? I bought from your online store after a phone call a suit which was very nice but unfortunately it was small for me! I went and changed it in the Hagia Sophia store and the girls were very helpful in addition to the change in the number I got and many things that I was afraid to order from the e shop! She was attacking me and telling me that they will sell the clothes I tried on even if I don't buy them. I told her that I need time to think and I have to see myself in the mirror. Then she told me that she buys stuff directly because she knows her own style. She created such a bad atmosphere, so I just wanted to leave from there. I went to another store and bought very nice stuff. I recommend DiLei, wonderful employees and fantastic bags. Also, I recommend Ison.kosmima, fantastic customer service and lovely jewellery. They made my day after the catastrophic experience at Kelly's.
