Αυτό που με ενοχλεί σε αυτό το μαγαζί είναι η πολιτική του στην εξυπηρέτηση. Είναι κάπως ενοχλητικό να έχω έναν άνθρωπο από πίσω μου να με ακολουθεί την ώρα που κοιτάω ρούχα, κάνοντας πως τακτοποιεί, ενώ έχω προπεί ότι απλά κοιτάω. Κατά τ' άλλα, όταν χρειάστηκα βοήθεια το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ πρόθυμο να με εξυπηρετήσει για να βρω οτι χρειάζομαι! Πάντως ό,τι έχω αγοράσει από εκεί το έχω ευχαριστηθεί! Very nice fashionable clothes for girls with curves. Good quality, nice cuts and nice designs, but the prices I think are a bit stingy. What bothers me about this store is its service policy. It's kind of annoying to have a man behind me following me looking at clothes, pretending to be tidy, and I've just noticed that I'm just looking. On the other hand, when I needed help the staff was very willing to serve me to find what I needed! However, I have enjoyed everything I have bought from there!

Αυτά καθόλου.. Αποτέλεσμα;; να έχω πάρει για δοκιμή πολλά ρουχα τα'φηνω κ φεύγω.. Απλά.. Κάντε κάτι κορίτσια.., αν αισθανθούμε αδιαφορία κ παρατημενες φεύγουμε.. Εκτός από τα υπέροχα ρούχα ,που βέβαια είναι θέμα γούστου και καθαρά υποκειμενικό κριτήριο, έχω να δώσω τα συγχαρητήρια μου στα κορίτσια και ιδιαίτερα στη Σταυρούλα που με εξυπηρέτησε με μεγάλη προθυμία, ευγένια και τεράστιο χαμόγελο!!! The last time I visited the store in Agia Sofia was about 3 weeks ago !! Apart from the wonderful clothes, which of course is a matter of taste and a purely subjective criterion, I have to give my congratulations to the girls and especially to Stavroula who served me with great willingness, kindness and a huge smile !!!

Στις 28/12 αγόρασα ένα πουκάμισο για να το προσφέρω ως δώρο και πριν το αγοράσω δυστυχώς δεν το έψαξα ενδελεχώς για ατέλειες, απλώς το είδα στην κρεμαστρα. Η υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε και η υπάλληλος στο ταμείο που συσκευάσε το δώρο δεν πρόσεξε ή έκανε πως δεν πρόσεξε τα ελαττώματα και εν τέλει κατέληξα να δωρισω ένα πουκάμισο με τραβήγματα και τρύπες σε όλο το μήκος της μιας πλευράς. Το χειρότερο ήταν η αντιμετώπιση την μεθεπόμενη ημέρα στις 30/12 οταν εγώ η ίδια πήγα στο κατάστημα να επιστρέψω το δώρο, εξηγώντας ότι όταν το προσφερα σε εστιατόριο, εντοπίσαμε κατευθείαν τα ελαττώματα και το άτομο που θα έπαιρνε το δώρο, δεν έκανε καν τον κόπο να το δοκιμάσει. Η ταμιας δε ζήτησε καν συγνώμη εκ μέρους του μαγαζιού και ούτε λίγο ούτε πολύ μου είπε ότι μάλλον εμείς φταίμε και το καταστρέψαμε. Ωστόσο, με τα πολλά προχώρησε στην αλλαγή.
