Παίρνουν τηλέφωνο - αν κάνεις το λάθος και δεν εισαι πάνω από το τηλέφωνό σου και δεν το ακούσεις απλά φεύγουν. Χωρίς κουδούνι, επαναλαμβάνω. The second time it happens to me to be home all day and wait for them and they do not ring the bell. Το μόνο που κάνουν στην καλύτερη περίπτωση είναι να αφήνουν χαρτάκι και να φεύγουν. The worst distribution service there is. They never bring the parcel to your door. Θα κάνει τις δουλειές του και τις βόλτες του και μπορεί κάποια να το φέρει αφού πρώτα κάνω τα ενοχλητικά μου τηλέφωνα. G	Grivas apartments Sivota Greece on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εμπειρία. Έφτασα 08:03 μμ λόγω κίνησης και έκλεινε στις 08:00. Μόλις είχαν βγει πελάτες που εξυπηρετούνταν από τα δύο κορίτσια του γραφείου. Κλείδωσαν την πόρτα ώστε να μη μπορώ να μπω εγώ και μια κυρία που ήταν πιο πριν από εμένα. Μας βλέπανε από την γυάλινη βιτρίνα και παρακαλέσαμε να μας εξυπηρετήσουν.. Εντελώς απρόθυμες μας είπαν χωρίς να ανοίξουν ότι δεν μπορούν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν γιατί έκλεισε το σύστημα πράγμα που δεν ισχύει γιατί πριν λίγο εξυπηρετούσαν και όλοι οι υπάλληλοι ήταν εκεί . Αυτό δεν μου έχει τύχει σε καμία άλλη courier εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορα. Όχι στους χαμηλούς μισθούς, όχι στην εκμετάλλευση των υπαλλήλων, αλλά και ναι στην προθυμία των ανθρώπων να εξυπηρετούν. Very bad experience. I arrived at 08:03 pm due to traffic and it closed at 08:00. Customers served by the two girls in the office had just left. They locked the door so that I and a lady who was before me could not enter. They were looking at us from the glass case and we asked them to serve us .. They were completely reluctant to tell us without opening that they could not serve us because the system was closed, which is not the case because a while ago they were serving and all the employees were there. This has not happened to me in any other courier completely unprofessional behavior. Not in low wages, not in the exploitation of employees, but also in the willingness of people to serve.

I have paid the package, to been delivered in my house in a certain hour and every day they are making excuses not to bring it. The 1st attempt of deliver they confused the hour, the 2nd and 3rd attempt as they said there was a misunderstanding and didn't even left the station for delivery, the 4th time promised to be delivered until a certain time and apologized. I am here writing the post waiting again after 1 hour delay my package, and I was just informed they are not going to deliver it on the time they told me, since they cannot secure the time and the communication I had with the other employees the former days are new and were confused!!! They did not apologize, they didn't address me a certain hour of delivery, and now I have to wait for the package, which I paid extra money to be delivered certain hour in my place, for the 5th time!!!!! I do not recommend this service!!!! Don't waste your money!!!!
