Μ	ΜΑΓΔΑ ΣΙΟΥΤΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η παραγγελία μου για ένα δώρο βάφτισης όπου θα ερχόταν σε 20 μέρες δεν ήρθε ούτε σε 20 ούτε σε 30 ,όπως με ενημέρωσαν σε τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνία. "Το προϊόν δεν είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμο " ήταν η απάντηση που έλαβα μετά από 30 μέρες αναμονής χωρίς να μπορούν να με ενημερώσουν για το πότε θα είναι διαθέσιμο, οι προθέσεις μου ήταν να περιμένω και 100 μέρες αν χρειαστεί ,όμως και πάλι δεν υπήρχε διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης. Υπάλληλος με ενημέρωσε ότι τελικά " δεν υπάρχει σε διαθεσιμότητα το προϊόν" και η προηγούμενη παραγγελία έγινε από άλλον υπάλληλο κι έτσι η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος δεν έφερνε ευθύνη για την αρχική παραγγελία,θέλοντας να μιλήσω με κάποιον υπεύθυνο για αυτό το πρόβλημα και έχοντας μιλήσει με 3 διαφορετικά άτομα όπου ο ένας μου έδινε τον άλλον στο τηλέφωνο και γιατί ήταν η δεύτερη βαλίτσα που παράγγειλα από το ίδιο κατάστημα και την πρώτη φορά συνέβη ακριβώς το ίδιο πράγμα. Η βαλίτσα βρέθηκε και υπάρχει και θα έρθει την επόμενη τετάρτη για να την παραλάβω, με έκπτωση 10% επί του αρχικού ποσού, πράγμα που εξυπακούεται πως έπρεπε να αποζημιωθώ με κάποιον τρόπο για την ταλαιπωρία. Μόνο για την ταλαιπωρία βάζω ένα αστέρι , λυπάμαι πολύ. My order for a christening gift where it would come in 20 days did not come in either 20 or 30, as I was informed by telephone. "The product is not immediately available" was the answer I received after 30 days of waiting without being able to let me know when it will be available, my intention was to wait 100 days if needed, but again there was no service available . An employee informed me that finally "the product is not available" and the previous order was made by another employee and so the specific employee was not responsible for the initial order, wanting to talk to someone responsible for this problem and having talked to 3 different people where one was giving me the other on the phone and why it was the second suitcase I ordered from the same store and the first time the exact same thing happened. The suitcase was found and exists and will come next Wednesday to receive it, with a 10% discount on the initial amount, which of course I had to compensate in some way for the inconvenience. I only put a star for the suffering, I am very sorry.

Τους έκανα τζίρο πάνω από 300 ευρώ τον τελευταίο χρόνο αλλά δεν έχει ξανά... Unacceptable that they have a double price on all products and of course they charged me with the highest! Το καλύτερο κατάστημα στα Ιωάννινα διότι διαθέτει πολύ καλά πράγματα αλλά και η ενημέρωση και επεξήγηση στα προϊόντα είναι μοναδική και είναι αυτό που κάνει την διαφορά. We thank Thanasis very much, but also Stella, Chryssa and Jenny for the service. We put 10 '! Θανάση, αφιέρωσαν όλο τον απαραίτητο χρόνο για μια αναλυτική ενημερώσει σαν νέοι γονείς που είμαστε. Όλα αυτά στις καλύτερες τιμές σε σύγκριση με άλλα καταστήματα!!! Μπράβο σας και σας υπέρ ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!
