Ο καινούριος χώρος όμως που στεγάζεται, στη λεωφόρο Αρτέμιδος θεωρώ ότι είναι εντελώς ακατάλληλος για ΚΕΠ. Everywhere I went they served fast and efficiently. No complaints. The new site but housed in Artemis Avenue I find it totally unsuitable for ADS.
S	Spyros Gardikiotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω επισκεφθεί μόνον 2-3 ΚΕΠ οπότε η κρίση μου βασίζεται σε περιορισμένα δεδομένα. Το ΚΕΠ Αρτέμιδος δεν διαφέρει από τα άλλα που επισκέφτηκα. Όσες φορές το χρειάστηκα εξυπηρετήθηκα το συντομότερο δυνατό. I have only visited 2-3 KEPs, so my judgment is based on limited data. The Artemis JEP is no different from the other I visited. Whenever I needed it I served as soon as possible.
K	Kwstas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση για Δημόσιο φορέα, οι κυρίες εξυπηρετικές και με άμεση ανταπόκριση. Very good service for a public body, the ladies are helpful and with an immediate response.

Πήγα να ανανεώσω το διαβατήριο στην προϊσταμένη και όχι μόνο δεν μπορούσε να με εξυπηρετήσει, άλλα προσπαθούσε να μου πει ότι το λάθος είναι δικό μου επειδήό δεν έχω πάει στη σωστή υπηρεσια να ρωτήσω ποια είναι η διαδικασία. Προφανώς αυτή και το ΚΕΠ πληρώνονται όχι για να εξυπηρετούν πολίτες αλλά για να καθονται και να περιμένουν από τους πολίτες να τους εξυπηρετήσουν και να τους πουνε ποιες είναι η σωστές διαδικασίες. Αίσχος απλά! Μετά πήγα Αστυνομία και είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι τα ΚΕΠ πρέπει να μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν (δείτε φωτό εγγράφου από αστυνομία Σπάτων). Η αστυνομία Σπατών απόρησε με τη συμπεριφορά του ΚΕΠ Αρτέμιδος και με έστειλε στο ΚΕΠ Σπατών, όπου μια ευγενέστατη κοπέλα με εξυπηρέτησε και μου έβγαλε το παράβολο σε 5 λεπτά ζητώντας μόνο το ΑΦΜ και τη ταυτότητα μου. CHIEF - USEFUL - UNFORMED - AVOID - otherwise just a waste of time. I went to renew my passport at the boss and not only could he not serve me, but he was trying to tell me that the mistake was mine because I did not go to the right service to ask what the procedure was. Obviously she and the KEP are paid not to serve citizens but to sit and wait for citizens to serve them and tell them what the right procedures are. Shame simply! Then I went to the Police and it is clear that the KEP must be able to serve (see photo of a document from the Spata police). The police of Spata was astonished by the behavior of KEP Artemis and sent me to KEP Spata, where a very kind girl served me and took my fee in 5 minutes asking only for my TIN and ID.
P	Purple Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quite small, much smaller than in the past. treated me poorly and then suddenly much better after reaslising that i was an EU passport holder :(. no more words are needed, i think.
