★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know Lavrio since I was 12 years old ,I stayed with a friendly famIly of a local fisherman and every morning I followed the old man to collect the nets and the fish we have layed the evening before..they were very poor family but I adored them because they were genuine and I was one of the family.I used to make long walks in Lavrio of 1958 and I can assure you that their was a shining heart in every little house we used to go..It's important to know the basics:be human say the truth and take care of the ones in need and Work with them after all humans don't differ..Now Lavrio is not the one I knew but if you search you find the genuine greek taverna that we'll comes you with their eyes on yours..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LAVRIO municipality is not friendly to handicap parking (there are only 2 bad designed with no standards) places, adventurous for families with children, bad traffic signed.
