★ ★ ★ ★ ★ too expensive ticket price, with poor travel condition. A very bad communication with their costumers. I am so irritated with kerkyraseaways. Please if you want to go yo Paxos or Corfu, try the other one KerkylaLines.gr This is much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best prices, good service. Many years used other company, but now only SeaWays gives possiblity buy cheap tickets, and indicate M.A.N.(only Greek version). It is small company, times smaller then KL but I will use only them service, because had bad experience with others. Many thanks that you help save my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling with the F/B IONAS from Igoumenitsa to Corfu on two different dates/ journeys on Dec 8th 2019 and December 23rd both times ir was an awful experience.
Escalators are the only way up but guess what only one part was on. The 2nd was just used as a normal staircase making the climb difficult for older people and mothers with toddlers.
On arrival at Corfu escalators were off for the passengers but on Dec 8th not for the crew members who used them as they pleased but stopped them for all paying passengers
On my journey of today and while u wasa filming the escalators being stopped the crew members ironically told me that this is not piraeus
The cost for a car and two passengers one way is 62 euros. So I wonder truly why crew can use escalators but passengers are forced to use the same as stairs.
Shame for Corfu and tourism .
And as a general advice if you can just choose another boat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you are the worst company i ever traveled in my life. from igoumenitsa didnt let us book in advance the return tickets to paxos, and from paxos agency for 3 days in a row u didnt let us book our way back only putting us in some kind of joke watting lists. when you are in themost busy month ofthe year just put onemore ship to accommodate all these travellers with cars.i have been to themost isolated islands in greece i could always buy my wayback ticked with the scheduled ship. eiste gia katagelia stin igoumenitsa kserate na stivazete ta amaksia san sardeles alla pos tha epestrefan oloi autoi itan diko tous provlima oxi diko sas. Koroideuete ton kosmo pas na vgalis epustrofi kai sou leei den exei giati den thes na katsis kialo stonisi mas?

Very aggressive and rude crew staff, disorganized boarding, long wait inside the ferry before being able to park, aggressive valet. Check in procedure fast and check in staff kind (or at least normal). Nobody collected the covid form they ask you to fill in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked and prepaid with CC for the dates 11 August at 11 o'clock departure and 14 August 2021 at 10 o'clock return for the whole family and the car. Due to the long journey, because I was coming from Albania about 400 km, but also the long queue at the Albanian-Greek border I arrived at the port at 11.30, so 30 minutes late and the ticket office girl Kerkyra Seaways told me that I had to make the ticket from scratch. I explained the reasons, but it was impossible. I asked him to pay any penalties for the delay, but not new tickets. I was forced by the company to make the ticket from scratch. Of course I made new tickets, but with another company.
Very dissatisfied with the service company.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sailing from Igoumenitsa to Corfu. The ferry left on time, had comfortable seating, and had plenty of room for our luggage. Clean bathrooms(you can smell the cleaning products), plenty of drink options and snacks. The air conditioning was on but the air is pretty still inside, your best experience would be to go up top and enjoy the fresh air and sights of the Greek coastline. Would use again.
