Αυτοί σαν επαγγελματίες που είναι πρέπει να τους πάρεις εσύ. Είχαν βέβαια προηγηθεί δύο κλήσεις εκ μέρους μου για επαλήθευση του ραντεβού το πρωί 09:31,09:38 αλλά είμαστε ψεύτες εμείς(καταγεγραμμένες στο κινητό),άλλα τους λες άλλα σε λένε,έχουν την απαίτηση να τους ζητήσεις συγνώμη για την κωλυσιεργία την δική τους και δεν ανεβαίνουν και στον όροφο να πάρουν το ηλεκτρονικό μπρελόκ γιατί θα τους κλέψουν τα εργαλεία στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας, λες και πρέπει να τους πεις να τα πάρουν μαζί τους. Γενικά ένα ύφος που δεν το καταλαβαίνω σε έναν πελάτη που τους έχει ξαναππροτιμήσει για ένα παρόμοιο πρόβλημα στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας και έχει πληρώσει κανονικά χωρίς μα και μου. Εν ολίγοις αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Ναι ξέχασα να πω την γυναίκα μου να κατέβει με μωρό τριών μηνών απο το να ανέβει ο ηλεκτρονικός με την τσάντα των εργαλείων πιο σημαντικό είναι αυτό. Την άλλη φορά να ξέρετε να μιλάτε και να συμπεριφέρεσθε γιατί σας διακατέχει μια έπαρση και αλαζονεία στον τρόπο που μιλάτε σαν "ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΑΣ". Περιγράφω επιγραμματικά: - μπλόκαρε η ηλεκτρονική μας κλειδαριά Κυριακή πρωί στις 9:30, η μισή οικογένεια μέσα στο σπίτι η άλλη μισή από έξω - προσπάθησαν να μας δώσουν κατευθύνσεις έτσι ώστε να ξεμπλοκάρουμε μόνοι μας την κλειδαριά (για μία ώρα περίπου ήμασταν σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία προσπαθώντας) - δεδομένου ότι δεν καταφέραμε να την ξεμπλοκάρουμε ήρθε άτομο από την εταιρεία - ενώ θα μπορούσε να τρυπήσει την πόρτα από έξω (δημιουργώντας «ζημιά» στην πόρτα) πρότεινε ο ίδιος να βρούμε τρόπο να μπει μέσα στο σπίτι από κάποιο μπαλκόνι για να μην «χαλάσει την πόρτα» και να την ξεμπλοκάρει εσωτερικά. - δεδομένου ότι δεν υπήρχε πρόσβαση από κάποιο άλλο μπαλκόνι στο μπαλκόνι του διαμερίσματος μας, καλέσαμε την πυροσβεστική. (ήρθε η πυροσβεστική για αυτοψία και κατέληξε ότι δεν μπορεί να δώσει πρόσβαση σε κάποιο πολίτη να μπει μέσα στο σπίτι) - καλέσαμε στη συνέχεια ένα ανυψωτικό (από αυτά που κάνουν τις μετακομίσεις). Πάλι καλά ήρθε (γύρω στη 13:00). Ανέβηκε ο κλειδαράς πάνω στην πλατφόρμα, κατάφερε να μπει μέσα στο σπίτι και να ξεμπλοκάρει την πόρτα. Καθόλη την αρχική μας συνομιλία, του ενδιάμεσου χρόνου αναμονής μέχρι να καταφέρουμε να μπει ο άνθρωπος μέσα, δεν υπήρχε καμιά γκρίνια. Αντιθέτως υπήρχε πολλή υπομονή και κατανόηση για όλη την κατάσταση. Για μια δουλειά που διήρκησε 30-40 λεπτά, τους είχαμε «κοντά» μας 1 ώρα μέσω τηλεφώνου και 2 ώρες περίπου στον κήπο μέχρι να αποκτήσουμε πρόσβαση. Μπράβο για την ανθρωπιά που βγάζετε απέναντι στον πελάτη και για τις υπηρεσίες σας. Ένα μεγάλο ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ από όλη την οικογένεια. We were very satisfied.
