Τ	Τσεγκος Γκετσε on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν από 3 μήνες και κάτι πήρα ένα πουκάμισο 70€.... Το πήρα το φόρεσα μετά από το πρώτο λοιπόν πλύσιμο βλέπω 2 κουμπιά να λείπουν.. Αποφάσισα να το πάω στο κατάστημα να το φτιάξω η να το αλλάξω αφού είχαν περάσει μόλις 6 μέρες... Μου είπαν ότι φτιάχνετε απλά θα αργήσει λίγο (το πολύ 1μηνα) ήταν η απάντηση της κοπέλας... Το δέχτηκα μιας και καταλαβαίνω ότι είναι μακριά τα κεντρικά τους και έχουν και μεγάλο φόρτο εργασίας... Πέρασαν όμως 3 μήνες με την δικαιολογία ότι σε λίγες μέρες θα είναι εδώ... Στους 3 μήνες και κάτι φάνηκε ότι το είχαν ξεχάσει να το φτιάξουν στην Λάρισα και μετά από κάποια τηλεφωνήματα από το κατάστημά το φέρανε με νέα κουμπιά... Λέω και εγώ όλα πήγαν καλά στο τέλος... Το πήρα λοιπον πάω σπτι το βάζω στο πλυντήριο και είχα μια πολύ μεγάλη έκπληξη.. Έλειπαν πάλι κουμπιά... Πάω λοιπόν ξανά στο κατάστημα αυτή την φορά ομως με απαίτηση αλλαγής του προϊόντος... Και η απάντηση της προσιτάμενης του καταστήματος (Σαβίνα) ήταν ότι δν γίνετε αλλαγή επειδή είχα αργήσει να το πάω στο κατάστημα... Ενώ το πουκάμισο δν το είχα ποτέ στα χεριά μου ουσιαστικά.... Ψωνίζω πολλα χρόνια από το κατάστημα αυτό και σχεδόν μόνο από αυτό πρώτη φορά μου συμβαίνει αυτό... Και σίγουρα θα είναι και η τελευταία φορά που μπενω στο κατάστημα και φυσικά και στην αλυσίδα... I got it so I go and I put it in the washing machine and I had a very big surprise .. There were again buttons ... So I go back to the store this time but with a change of product requirement ... And the answer to the store that was accessible (Savina) was that you would not change because I was late to go to the store ... While the shirt sh I've never had it in my hands ... I have been shopping for many years from this store and almost just this is the first time that's going to happen to me ... And it will definitely be the last time I get to the store and of course in the chain ... Just shame

Σου υποσχονται και εκπτωσουλες μαλιστα. οταν κανεις λογαριασμο 300 ευρω και ερχεται η ωρα για την εκπτωσουλα ομως, σφυριζουν αδιαφορα. Πρωτη και τελευταια φορα που ψωνιζω απο Staff. Ουτε απ εξω All staff are very polite when shopping. They even promise you discounts. When you make a bill of 300 euros and the time comes for the discount, however, they whistle indifferently. First and last time I shop from Staff. Neither from outside

Κ η εξυπηρέτηση των πωλητών επίσης χάλια Ζήτησα να δουν αν υπάρχει σε άλλο κατάστημα ένα πουκάμισο κ χωρίς καν να καλέσουν μου είπαν πως δεν υπάρχει .. Ντροπή για την staff κ σε ένα τόσο κεντρικό σημείο όπως το mall Unacceptable ... They don't have numbers in men's ... From large and up .. And the service of the sellers also sucks I asked them to see if there is a shirt in another store and without even calling they told me that it doesn't exist .. F	Fksotiko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ποιότητα της staff έχει αλλάξει προ πολλού... Είμαι πελάτισσα εδώ και 14 χρόνια! Λυπάμαι πολύ... Μετα απο παραγγελίες από τα κεντρικά της Λάρισας παραλαμβάνω ελλατωματικα ρουχα. Ολα ανεξαιρέτως είναι ελαττωματικα κ όχι απλά στην κατασκευή τους αλλά τόση είναι η αθλιότητά τους που ψωνίζω εδώ κ 14 χρόνια κ μου στέλνουν ρουχα που έχουν ξεθωριάσει από τον ήλιο που έχουν στις βιτρίνες τους... Όσο για τις εκπτώσεις... Ανεβάζουν τάχα καινούρια ρουχα στα 90φευγα ευρώ κ την επόμενη είναι Στα 70€ τάχα έκπτωση... Όσο για το προσωπικό κ την εξυπηρέτηση στα καταστήματα δεν υπάρχει καμία εξυπηρέτηση αφου το μόνο που κάνουν είναι να προσπαθούν να σου πασάρουν ρουχα χρόνων πριν στην τιμή που έχουν τα καινούρια.. Κ τονίζω ότι αυτή είναι εξυπηρέτηση της ιδιοκτησίας κ όχι των υπαλλήλων.. Δε λυπάμαι καθόλου που θα κλείσει αυτή η εταιρία που στηριζα 14 ολόκληρα χρόνια.... Άθλιοι..
