★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφθήκαμε χθες το ιατρείο με την κόρη μας, ετών 5.5, για πρώτη φορά. Για την μικρή ήταν και η πρώτη της επίσκεψη σε οδοντίατρο. Ο χώρος καθαρός, άνετος, όμορφα φωτισμένος και διακοσμημένος που μπορεί να χαλαρώσει τα παιδιά. Μας υποδέχθηκαν ευγενικά και μας δόθηκε να συμπληρώσουμε τα στοιχεία μας καθώς και το ιστορικό της μικρής. Στο ερωτηματολόγιο υπάρχουν ερωτήσεις, σχετικά με άγχη ή φόβους τους παιδιού,για να βοηθήσουν τις γιατρούς ως προς την ψυχολογία του παιδιού.
Μας υποδέχθηκε και μας είδε η Βιολέτα μαζί με την Πηνελόπη (βοηθός) Εξαιρετικές και οι δύο. Η Βιολέτα κατάφερε να ηρεμήσει την κόρη μας, που γενικότερα έχει φόβο με τους γιατρούς ακόμα κι αν πρέπει να βάλει χανζαπλαστ σε απλό χτύπημα!!! Έκανε έλεγχο, καθαρισμό και φθοριωση και δεν αντέδρασε καθόλου. Η Βιολέτα εξηγούσε και έδειχνε τα εργαλεία στην κόρη μας με πολύ όμορφο τρόπο, έτσι ώστε να νιώσει άνετα και τα κατάφερε. Βέβαια θα συνεχίσουμε τις επισκέψεις λόγω χαλασμένων δοντιών αλλά είναι σίγουρη ότι θα πάνε όλα καλά.
Ο χώρος της εξέτασης είναι καθαρός, φωτεινός και το ταβάνι έχει τηλεόραση που τα παιδιά μπορούν αν δουν παιδική ταινία κατά την εξέταση.
Συνιστώ το ιατρείο της κας Παλιμετακη και την ομάδα της, για τα παιδάκια που φοβούνται, πόσο μάλλον τον οδοντίατρο. Οι τιμές λογικές.
Yesterday our daughter and I, aged 5.5, visited the doctor's office for the first time. For the little one, it was her first visit to the dentist. The space is clean, comfortable, beautifully lit and decorated that can relax children. We were kindly welcomed and given to fill in our details as well as the little one's history. The questionnaire contains questions about the child's anxiety or fears to help doctors with the child's psychology.
Violeta welcomed us and saw us together with Penelope (assistant) Both are excellent. Violeta managed to calm down our daughter, who is generally afraid of doctors even if she has to put a bandage on a simple blow !!! He checked, cleaned and fluoridated and did not react at all. Violeta explained and showed the tools to our daughter in a very beautiful way, so that she felt comfortable and she succeeded. Of course we will continue the visits due to damaged teeth but she is sure that everything will go well.
The examination area is clean, bright and the ceiling has a TV that children can watch a children's film during the examination.
I recommend the office of Mrs. Palimetaki and her team, for the children who are afraid, let alone the dentist. The prices are reasonable.
