I'll never book again this hotel. after booking and paying through the most famous booking online website, I have been contacted by the hotel and asked to cancel. After one week of back and forth with both the hotel and the booking website call center I do not have a clear answer. there are 3 days left before my vacation starts and I do not know if I should travel 600 km or not. now, as we speak the booking is valid on the website but I am continuously asked to cancel.

It is highly clean, properly managed, modestly decorated and most of all the most peaceful resort that I have experienced in my life. Food is delicious. Especially the sea food. We loved their breakfast. Not too much stuff but delicious and efficient. Staff are friendly, smiling and trained. Parking was great. I am looking forward to staying in this hotel very soon.

Long distance for the waiter from Kitchen to end of pool. (make a work station, small BBQ Kitchen. Can be also attraction, even in heat with fancy kitchen uniform. Be flexible with Uniform (no long trousers needed in SPA Beach Hotel.) Rooms are clean, spacious, good sleep, breakfast is ok. I wish that eggs are done on spot, not under the heat lamp. thats ugly and cold. maybe to think for better coffee. otherwise all good. No critic, just advises. We will come back. Thanks for your Hospitality.

The rooms are small but you have everything you need and the air conditioning works well. About the breakfast, you have the option of a rich breakfast, but it is relatively pointless that you have to wear plastic gloves but no mask. The restaurant is not bad at all, and everyone should find something on the menu. There is only one waitress who really knows what she is doing, the others are simply bad and overwhelmed. You order something to drink and it comes after an hour when you've already eaten, the dessert comes with the starter.... So I hope they do everything to keep the one waitress, because she is really good. About the pool and beach, nothing to say, well maintained. You can profit from both, but unfortunately the pool area closes relatively early. All in all, I have to say it's okay for the area.

We reserved a room for three nights stay about a month ago and they cancelled my reservation just three days before our arrival. I made this reservation through booking.com. They said my credit card was declined and I immediately offered another credit card. They said that it was also declined. I checked with my bank. The bank told me that there was not any attempt of withdrawal. Funny story. I used the same cards and made reservation at different hotel and there was no problem at all. Since I reserved the room in short notice I had to spend more money. Both credit cards worked in Greece without any trouble at all.
a	andreas7934 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place feels like a dream! Perfect garden with a lot of grass, flowers, patios. Outstanding view from 80% of the hotel complex. The best place to just have a coffee or work on your laptop. The continental breakfast is extremely rich and full of flavours and all kind of goodies. The service is very satisfying. Everybody greets you, smiles and has the will to help you. The rooms are clean and comfy with nice interior. There is a path made by the hotel, that leads to the private beach. You can also have fun at the pool or the tennis court. Our whole experience was extraordinary. I even decided for myself to retire at a place like this :D With two words: Heaven on Earth!
