WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER: They met me 11pm at the airport and then extort me to pay the Out of Hours fee twice even though I was going to return the car inside office hours, which I did. Then we proceed to the car which was a 10 years old at least Chevrolet Matiz. When I asked the guy how old was the car he just replied that it only has 35,000 km on the clock. One has to be an absolute idiot to believe that as the car looked extremely used. It was more than certain they clocked the car's odometer and in reality the car has done at least 200K and probably ever more. Having no choice and nobody to complaint to I took the car and embarked on a 1 hour journey to our resort. The drive was extremely stressful as the headlight were barely working and I could hardly see the road ahead + the offside mirror was broken and would not stay in place, thus practically unusable. I call them the next day and ask someone to come and swap the car, but get asked to drive back to their office. When I got there, I was told that I need to fill up the tank, even though the only reason I went back to them is so they replace the car. The woman and the so called local manager were very rude and repeatedly denied to refund me for the 2nd Out of Hours fee. They even refused to give me a receipt for the payment and only after I went to the local police station and reported them they gave me one. I have spoken with my bank and will be filing for a chargeback. DON’T EVER THINK TO RENT A CAR FROM THESE JOKERS. BETTER PAY A BIT MORE AND GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY. IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR HOLIDAY PIECE OF MIND.

A great experience, so I struggle to understand the other reviews. I booked as the rates were cheap, although hesitant after reading previous reviews. I arrived at Corfu airport where somebody was waiting with my name on a sign. The car was parked right there beside the taxi rank and was a great little car too - a Suzuki Celerio, 5 doors with space for two reasonably large suitcases in the boot . For the price I paid and class of car I seoected, I was expecting a much smaller car. The car was in great condition, clean and a great little driver. Having booked it for a week we ventured all over the island to new beaches every day and it was faultless. I've booked other rental cars in Corfu previously, this one was more powerful and handled the steep mountain roads, where I would have struggled in the past. The day before bringing the car back I called the office to see if I could bring the car back to the office at the port, rather than take back to the airport as I was travelling to Paxos by boat. The very friendly lady on the phone was happy to agree to this and was very helpful with directions and time to drop off. When I returned the car it was a swift process, handing the keys back, having a look once over on the car and on my way. I personally had a great experience - good customer service and a great little car. I will book again with Kings (Tolis) and would recommend you ignore the other reviews and book too.

Hired a Suzuki Alto from Kings Cars ( Tolis) the rep was 20 minutes late had to carry out the transaction in lay-by in the pouring rain at the same time being told to move on by the police. When I returned the car it had marks down the side Not scratches I took photos and the marks were hardly visible would have polished out in a few minutes. They held my credit card deposit £750 and it two months to get it the money back by that time it cost me another £50. The repair bill came to £2500 so something was a little wrong if you know what I mean!!!! My advise is not to hire from this company under any circumstances.

Please do not rent from this company. They are scammers and treat people really bad! They ruined our whole vacation. We were advised to go to King rental by someone and when we got there it was a strange vibe. The lady gave us information, which we had questions about. When we asked how and why, the man (owner) began to yell at us aggressively. Saying we were insulting him by comparing him with other rentals, because they were the scammers and not professionals. He told us that he had an office which they don't have and his rents were pricey because of the guaranty and quality of his vehicles. We felt intimidated and confused of his yelling the whole time. Eventually we agreed to rent and payed a deposit. The lady let us sign but didn't gave me a copy, which I had to ask myself. After paying the man was calm and suddenly friendly. He brought us to the vehicle and we were shook... He gave us a barrel... an old motorbike, which you could clearly she it was fragile.. Because of his temperament we were scared to say anything about it, so we drove off. While driving we found out the odometer didn't work. We made a full tank, but the fuel gauge only pointed to half of it when it loaded up.. At first we thought it was a mistake of the gas station by not doing a full thank, but later we found out through a citizen that the fuel gauge was broke, because there was visibly enough fuel in the vehicle... (we tanked every time when the fuel gauge pointed to zero). It just couldn't point further than half the tank... While driving my right foot burned (behind), because of the motorpart which was really hot after 2 min of driving, so I had to place my foot uncomfortably on the passenger step. Then after driving an hill up, the motor fell almost out (every time we were going up a hill), it slowed down and began to ride really slow (slower than walking). Every time we were scared the motor would just stop and then we would be in the middle of nowhere, or that we would fall back downwards. We were also scarred of the traffic we were in. On the second day we were driving in the night and were in a area with a few or no lights at all... And suddenly after driving 1,5 hour our light fell out... So there we were in the middle of nowhere not seeing a thing, not seing pedestrians or animals crossing the road, not seeing where to make a turn and being scared the traffic wouldn't notice us driving.. I was angry and wanted to make a call. I searched King rentals and found out about the reviews... I felt so stupid not doing my research earlier! We brought the scooter back earlier which was also awkward... We came in (the lady suddenly didn't recognise me....) and when I told her we brought the vehicle back, she took the key and told us 'thank you bye'. She didn't even went to see if the bike was allright, which confirmed for us they consciously gave us a bad one. I told her I also came to pick up my deposit, which she acted not knowing about. I had my copy of the document and she gave back my deposit. Than she told I didn't need the copy anymore. We told her about the lights and about feeling scared. She wasn't really interested... She interrupted us saying she can't do anything about it. Pleaseeeeee don't go here. The reviews with 5 stars or probably fake accounts made by theirselves or friends/family. Don't trust it. We felt really emotional about it and couldn't enjoy the moment after we picked the vehicle. Our whole day was ruined because of the emotional damage the man caused. We only felt relieved after we gave the vehicle back. My advise: go to a proffesional shop, you can hire a vehicle before coming to corfu, you can make the arrangement when booking your vacation. Also check the vehicle and make photos of it before leaving.

Rent a mini car Nissan Micra for a week with pick up in Corfu airport. The representative waited for us and after short drive to rental location we got a car. Everything was fine no issues with car. We rented a car from these guys or thought we had! It was a scam, when we got to Corfu we were told we had no rental because we were not on time and our car wasnt available anymore, (we weren't very late, 1-2hours) He then wanted to charge double the amount for another car which we refused to pay, he wouldn't give his name and neither would his colleague, he then proceeded to shout down the phone and try intimidate us, we were not afraid of this telephone tough guy, so we wouldnt back down, as kings car rental were clearly in the wrong, so he hung up the phone after a he had issued a barrage of abuse. You cant take someone's money and not deliver and then blame them, it was probably a lucky escape as there would have undoubtedly been more scams when we return the car. Avoid at all costs he will ruin your holiday without a care in the world. This review is 100% truthful, please dont get caught out! Thanks for listening.

Rent a Suzuki Swift for a week with pick up in Corfu airport. The representative Alex waited for us and after short drive to rental location we got a car. Everything was fine no issues with car. Staff polite and professional. The return ofthe car went without issue too. Highly recommended rental car company, positivly surprised!

I have booked a car via Imperial Car Rentals but my reservation was passed to this "amazing" company. The car was 16 years old and had broken clutch. We were promised modern fleet at the booking stage. Later they demanded the deposit of €650, in the end they have forced us to buy extra insurance for just €84. At the arrival we have lost plastic wheel trim and the owner(?) wanted to charge us extra €30(!!!) for that. We have refused and mentioned the age of the car. He got furious and destroyed the rental agreement in front of us. Just don’t book a car at that company, spare your nerves.
