T	Tomasz K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been travelling from Turkey to Poland via Greece (car with Polish registration plates), as we wanted to visit Alexandroupoli. Unfortunately, people from border control damaged rear seats (broken clips keeping it in right place) in my car while trying to open it and check I don't know what. Maybe if there are illegal immigrants or tons of drugs inside. Unfortunately, I noticed it much later, so I couldn't react. Just be carefoul while passing it and keep an eye of them while they check your car. Turkish border control have x-ray, so they can just scan your car without destroying it - in greece it's not possible.
A	Adrian Ianto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I entered Greece on the 13th of July and everything was ok,passport check was ffast,we did wait a little in line,but it was ok.We were also asked about our destination and if we have any alcohol beverages. An advice for other people:Don't buy Cigarettes from the Turkish Free Shop,as on the Greek side,there is a sign stating that you are allowed to bring only 5 small packs of cigarretes,and the turks sell them in packs of twenty only.Be careful! All in all this is a normal border crossing,but it's between two states which hate eachother.
R	R A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're young and have a nice car, they treat you as a suspicious person. Senior police officers have no English at all but they insist talking to you in Greek. If they don't like your attitude then you go to x-ray. Some of the people around you which they don't wear uniforms and they ask you questions. I could manage understanding lately that they are police officers. Never seen such an amateur EU border and custom before. First experience in Greece and worst border crossing experience in EU. Well done !
A	Alp Akdag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for about 8+ hours with my family at the crossing border, Exit Turkey took us 5 minutes max. I have a child that is 3 years old and he was far over exhausted. Did a PCR test in Turkey but they did not accept it, while my PLF was accepted. Inhummane actions from Greece/EU, Human Rights is SCI-FI after 2019-2020.

The lady who was responsible of checking our luggage can barely speak English and doesn't even understand I say the box contains only olives. She kept asking what this is. Other than this lady, the process was flawless.
