K	Konstantin Trunin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered and prepaid car 2 weeks in advance for 2 weeks travel on the Crete. They promised to give good car. Finally they gave us trash - car is very very old, all in scratches, some indicators are flashing, it is not safe! And all 4 tyres are constantly losing the air so you have to pump all 4 wheels every day. NEVER EVER pre-pay them until you see the car and checked it. They are liars! UPDATING review after two weeks of car usage to be honest: tyres stopped losing the air after week of travel and lamps stopped flashing. And there were no other problems other than the overall poor experience of using very very old car all in scratches.

We also had a Jeep to go to Balos which was amazing and the sunset was stunning (Balos is off road and normal cars are not insured off tarmac so be Careful)! Eleana delivered everything she promised us with a lovely smile and I highly recommend Kissamos Rent a Car.

Great prices and very very friendly staff. I recommend this to everyone who wants to hire a car and bike in Kissamoss.

The staff was excellent and they accommodated me pretty fast. They responded to me amazingly fast to any emails I sent to them and they provided me with an adequate number of information about the queries I had about the rental procedure.

They rented us a Suzuki Jimny with no need for a deposit. The car worked without issues and we were happy to have a 4x4 for the road to Balos. We saw a lot of people with small hatchbacks on the road. It seemed doable, but most rental companies don’t cover you if you go off-road. We were happy to have found a company that allowed us to take the trip with peace of mind.

They do everything as they promise: car was deliver to my villa at the time and as agreed I’ve give a car back to Chania airport. Car was with low mileage and everything was working fine and drive also very nicely. Communication was on very good level. They know some good people around who do different service like boat trips. I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again. 5star service. Thank you.

We were even able to switch to a Jeep on one day when we wanted to visit Balos lagoon. The prices were much better than anything we found with the big companies, and the cars were clean and in good condition. We were able to arrange for pickup and collection from the airport. I highly recommend anyone visiting Crete to hire with this company.
