P	Panagis Stellatos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό του μαγαζιού ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Η πώληση που μου έκαναν όμως ήταν σκέτη κοροϊδία. Ήθελα να πάρω ένα πινέλο ξυρίσματος συνθετικό. Μου έβγαλαν τα πινέλα ξυρίσματος, είχε αρκετά, λέγοντας πως δεν έχει καθόλου συνθετικά πινέλα και μου είπαν πως τα συγκεκριμένα που κοιτούσα ήταν ασβού, της καλύτερης ποιότητας μάλιστα. Όταν τους ρώτησα αν είναι "silvertip", η κορυφαία ποιότητα πινέλων ασβού, μου είπαν όχι και πώς είναι η αμέσως κατώτερη ποιότητα. Παίρνοντας το κουτί στο οποίο είχε βάλει το πινέλο, και αφού είχα φύγει από το μαγαζί, έγραφε πως το πινέλο έχει συνθετική τρίχα. Εκεί άρχισα να υποψιάζομαι πως το συγκεκριμένο πινέλο δεν έχει τρίχα ασβού. Αναζήτησα το barcode από το κουτί στο οποίο μου είχαν βάλει το πινέλο και είδα πως ήταν από άλλο πινέλο. Επίσης το πινέλο δεν είχε τη μυρωδιά ενός φυσικού πινέλου. Κατά τα άλλα δεν είχαν συνθετικά πινέλα. Αναζητώντας το τη μάρκα του πινέλου μου στη σελίδα της εταιρείας του είδα πως το πινέλο είναι από συνθετική τρίχα. Τελικό συμπέρασμα είναι πως είχαν τουλάχιστον 2 συνθετικά πινέλα, ενώ μου είχαν πει πως δεν είχαν κανένα, αλλά νομίζω πως και τα υπόλοιπα που έδειξαν για ασβού, μάλλον δεν ήταν κανένα και ηταν όλα συνθετικά. The store staff was very polite. But the sale they made to me was a complete joke. I wanted to get a synthetic shaving brush. They took out my shaving brushes, it had enough, saying that it has no synthetic brushes at all and they told me that the specific ones I was looking at were badgers, of the best quality in fact. When I asked them if it is "silvertip", the top quality of badger brushes, they said no and what is the immediately inferior quality. Taking the box in which he had put the brush, and after I had left the store, he wrote that the brush has synthetic hair. There I began to suspect that this brush does not have badger hair. I looked for the barcode in the box in which they had put my brush and I saw that it was from another brush. Also the brush did not have the smell of a natural brush. Otherwise they did not have synthetic brushes. Looking for the brand of my brush on his company page I saw that the brush is made of synthetic hair. The final conclusion is that they had at least 2 synthetic brushes, while they had told me that they did not have any, but I think that the rest that they showed as badgers, were probably none and were all synthetic.
