Нам повезло, тур на Балос нам продавала симпатичная девушка из Чехии, теперь проживающая на Крите. Очень ответственная, общительная и улыбчивая, на русском языке об'яснила нам все прелести предстоящего путешествия.
А гидом с нами ехал потрясающий человек Джордж - сам серб по национальности он прекрасно говорил на русском, французском, греческом и немецком. Важную информацию повторял неоднократно, и обязательно убеждался, что мы ее усвоили. Мягкий, интеллигентный, с хорошим чувством юмора. Благодаря ему наше путешествие прошло на отлично.
 Of course, travel agencies are made by people, and your mood and impressions depend only on them. We were lucky, the tour to Balos was sold to us by a pretty girl from the Czech Republic, now living in Crete. Very responsible, sociable and smiling, in Russian she explained to us all the delights of the upcoming trip.
And the amazing man George rode with us as a guide - he himself was a Serb by nationality, he spoke perfectly Russian, French, Greek and German. I repeated important information many times, and I made sure that we had learned it. Gentle, intelligent, with a good sense of humor. Thanks to him, our trip went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this travel agency. They are very honest and they deliver quality, compared with the other travel agencies we've used and talked with in Rethymnon. We had the pleasure to talk with Ana at Klados Travel, and she was very helpful in telling us everyting about the different trips - and suggested that we did the hiking through the gorge of Aradena - which we ended up doing, and we didn't regret.
The trip was awesome! The hike through the gorge was an awesome experience, free of tourists - our group of 15 people were the only people there. We were told that we had to walk a ladder and use a rope during the trip, but don't stress about it, because it wasn't bad at all - and the guide gave good instructions and was very helpful if anyone needed help.
Our guide was really friendly and nice, and was taking good care of the group.
After the walk we ended up at a gorgeous beach with a taverna - at the taverna you should definately try the avacado salad which was amazing!!! You should also take a bath before you leave, beacuse the water is sooo crystal clear!

We did the Samaria Gorge with them, it was wonderful, included a simple but very tasty lunch and the guide and driver were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this agency and the tour
