We are a couple from Finland and did three different trips by Klados Travels . Our quide Barbara was great! By the way she told stories about Creetan history and nature. She could spoke so many languages and was energic! Well organized trips and good busses. I can recommend this office for tours in Creeta.

We booked a trip to Matala with Klados Travel at their office close to the Aquila Porto Hotel. The young woman, Maria was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. A pleasure to deal with. The trip was great value and well supported by the tour guide Lazarus who spoke excellent English and German, keeping us entertained and informed for much of the journey. We had also booked a tour with Tui to Spinalonga, in hindsight we should have booked with Klados as we believe their trip represented great value and of equal quality. Keep smiling Maria ?. We would definitely book again with Klados Travel.

We are a couple from Germany and wanted to get a look at the beautiful mountains of crete. Yjanna in the office was very nice and recommended us the trip to Imbros - 8km downhill (we never really hiked before) and it was beautiful. Our guide Barbara was very nice, could speak different languages and really loves her job and is passionate when telling us about the history and the nature. The Bus was on time and very clean. This trip is also great for families.

The bus was very comphy but the 2 hour ride starting at 7am could have been more quiet. The guide was talking the whole time in the mic (that was way to loud) and repeated her stories. After our trip we had to wear face masks in the bus for covid 19 but we also had to write our name and number on a paper and pass that paper to the people in front of us. Every passager in the bus now touched that pen and paper. Where's the logic.

My partner and I booked a trip to Samaria Gorge with Klados Travel, and we were very happy with the experience. The coach arrived at our pick up point promptly, and we had the chance to stop for breakfast before entering the gorge. The price of our ticket included a meal in a local taverna at the end of the gorge (which was well needed!). The gorge itself was beautiful, and well worth the aching muscles the next day! You walk through the gorge at your own pace, with the tour guide walking about an hour behind to help out any slower walkers. Our guide Saki was super helpful and informative, as was our driver Manolis. We would happily use Klados again.

Klados Travel is an excellent agency. Nana, the woman who informed us, was really kind, smiley and competant ! The prices were really affordable comparing to other companies. We went to many trips and our guide Yorgos, was excellent: he clearly explained us everything and he can speak a lot of languages fluently. The bus always arrived on time. We really enjoyed our trips thanks to Klados Travel !

We took Gramvousa & Balos tour today and it was absolutely great. Both places are beautiful in its own way and you can rest assured to have a great beach day with this tour. And the guys from Klados travel definitely helped a lot to have this impression. They are true professionals. Everything was smooth and easy going. The bus driver Manolis looks as a complete chill out guy, he drives very soft and gentle (and not as one might expect from the average Greek guy) so we had a very pleasant ride. The bus was 5stars lux bus and you cant ask for more. Our tour guy for today was Lazaros, absolutely brilliant guy why speaks fluent English, German, Greek, Serbian..actually i had an impression that he was talking to everyone in their own language. He was telling us jokes, small details about the places as we were passing by, and simply said - he was great. Definitely to recommend these guys and in case we decide to take a new tour, we will stick to them

Looking for a nice tour during our vacation we passed by Klados Travel (at the corner of Eleftherias and Sofokli Venizelou) close to Minos Hotel and got in touch with Anna. She explained about their tours and gave us no pressure and our time to decide. Our first tour we booked was the Chania sunset tour. As Anna recommended to take the tour because we could enjoy both daylight and nighttime it turned out a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Lazaros was very enthusiastic (sounding like Bob Ross ☺) telling all about the history and area... Having dinner with a beautiful sunset made it very nice. Our second tour was a boat trip which at first we wanted to book for Balos, but since we both had to watch out for sunburn luckily Anna was kind enough to warn/inform us about the minimum amount of shade. We finally booked the Souda Bay boat trip which turned out perfect... Our guide Barbara was very nice and helpful (speaking in 4 languages English, German, French and a bit of Italian). During the boat trip we were lucky with the weather so we were able to swim/dive off the boat even twice. Marathi beach was beautiful and without (heavy/any) waves.. Saw some nice colorful fish when snorkeling :) So as for our review we would really recommend Klados Travel and specifically Anna for her enthausiasm. Thank you Anna!
