★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για αποδράσεις σε νυμφαιο, φλωρινα, Καστοριά! Η καθαριότητα άψογη. Το δωμάτιο πολύ όμορφο και ωραία διακοσμημένο. Το προσωπικό ευγενικοτατο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το μόνο αρνητικό ισως είναι το σχετικά φτωχό πρωινό.
 Great location for escape to Nymphaea, Florina, Kastoria! The cleanliness impeccable. The room very nice and nicely decorated. Staff very kind and willing to help. The only downside is the relatively poor breakfast.

One of the best hotels you can stay for, go for coffee or food, with a dedicated children's area, great cuisine, real warm all winter, great music and good prices, I highly recommend it

έχω επισκεφτεί μόνο τον χώρο του εστιατορίου.
Εξαιρετική τοποθεσια, νόστιμο φαγητό, εξαιρετικός χώρος και για οικογένειες. Δυστυχώς όμως θα πρέπει να κάνουν καλύτερη έρευνα και αξιολόγηση προσωπικού.
Οικογενειακό μου πρόσωπο είχε επικοινωνήσει μαζί με τον υπάρχον υπεύθυνο για την διοργάνωση του γαμήλιου-Party της για τον μήνα Σεπτέμβριο (από τον μηνα Ιανουάριο) και ο ίδιος, όχι μόνο τους ακύρωσε αλλά έκλεισε παράλληλο ραντεβού για την ίδια ημέρα και τους ενημέρωσε τον μήνα Μάιο.
Άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.

Great location, delicious food, great place for families. Unfortunately, they have to do better research and staff evaluation.
My family person had contacted the person in charge of organizing her wedding party for the month of September (from the month of January) and he, not only canceled them but made a parallel appointment for the same day and informed them in the month of May. .
Extremely unprofessional behavior.
