Kohyli studios are beautiful, like a little bit of heaven. Owners are great, everything is excellent! Studios are very clean. Water on the beaches are crystal clear. Best recommendations and regards for Kohyli, owner Katerina and her beautiful family!❤️?

Good location, beautiful beach same as private with pines trees. Quiet and calm place. Cleaning and towels chenge every three days. I have been there 2 times and I will come back again.

We returned from our vacation in Kohyili studios one week ago, and I can freely say it was great. Studios are near the Lagomandra beach, and just in front of the smaller beach where you can use free sunbeds from the studios and enjoy under the trees. Studios are equipped with all the features: small kitchen, big fridge, kitchenette, sink and small stove. We find it great that there is a door between the kitchen and bedroom so that we couldn't hear the fridge (as it is almost everywhere). Also studios are not very modern, but they are clean, I may say cleaner than everywhere else we have been, even in 3 and 4 stars hotels. We were pleasantly surprised with the full containers of liquid soap and dishwasher and the toilet paper for every day. The landlords are great people, they greeted us with a smile and offered coffe when we arrived, and even we arrived half an hour earlier then the check-in, they didn't make a problem about it. It was so welcoming, and they made us feel as at home. Katerina's husband didn't save time to reccomend the best places arround for eating and restaurants with the best views and food. I would reccomed Kohyli studios to all nature and peace lovers. We asked for a studio with a view to the sea and we've got the best studio from which we could hear the sound of the waves. We had wonderful experience! Thank you Kohyli, hope to see you again next year!

Wasn't what I expected. Old, small and uncomfortable rooms (especially beds and shower). Doesn't worth your money; no good price/value at all. Last but not least: hosts behaviour. They were surprisingly rude. I am so disappointed.

They intimated me to don't write this review because "My husband works in the administration of Sithonia and is an executive member of the governing political party Nea Dimokratia. We have the means and financial resources to pursue this indefinately" but i must invite people to choose other hotels in the area (that are more new and cheaper then this 20 years old little apartments). This bnb is unconfortable and the owner unpolite, not speaking in english at all and not respecting the privacy. We booked from airbnb over-paying them 72euros/day but it's real value in high season is 40/45 - not more.

Definitely the best place! Perfectly clean! Excellent hospitality! Private beach with crystal clear water, parking, and very very beautifull garden! Everything here is perfect!

We stayed there for a weekend but would have loved to stay longer. Katerina and Matula are probably the nicest persons on earth, the studio was very clean and functional, the beach is great, we even had sun chairs for us. The local tavern serves good food and affordable.

Very Nice and comfortable, we had a lovely stay, we can highly recomend it. Remember bathing shoes. Please hug the little grey cat from us! ♥️?
