R	Renia Bouzaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν αισθανθήκαμε ευπρόσδεκτοι (γκριμάτσες, βλέμματα και ο τόνος της φωνής) στο εστιατόριο ενώ ήμασταν ακόμη στην είσοδο. Δεν υπήρχαν άλλοι πελάτες καθώς ήταν απόγευμα καθημερινής. Είχαν μαζευτεί "παρέα" εργαζόμενοι του εστιατορίου και φίλοι τους χωρίς όμως να τρώνε/πίνουν, κάποιοι καθιστοί και κάποιοι όρθιοι. Είχαν κλείσει την είσοδο και δεν έκαναν καν στην άκρη για να περάσουμε να καθίσουμε. Εν τέλει αποχώρησαν οι φίλοι τους και οι εργαζόμενοι πήγαν στο πόστο τους. Αργότερα όταν η σερβιτόρα έφερε την παραγγελία την άφησε "πεταχτά" στο τραπέζι με αποτέλεσμα να πέσει ένα roll πάνω στο τραπέζι. Δεν είπαμε τίποτα, ενώ εκείνη είπε "Ε συγγνώμη" με τον πιο απαθή τρόπο και εξαφανίστηκε (δεν την ξανά είδαμε καθόλου). Καθόμασταν μέσα σε σημείο κοντά στο ταμείο (3 μέτρα περίπου απόσταση). Προσπαθούσαμε να παραγγείλουμε τα επιδόρπια 1 τέταρτο από μία άλλη κοπέλα που καθόταν στο ταμείο και ήταν απασχολημένη στο κινητό της, καθώς δεν υπήρχε κανένας άλλος εργαζόμενος πλέον στο χώρο για να παραγγείλουμε. Δε σήκωσε το βλέμμα της ούτε στιγμή παρ' όλα τα "συγγνώμη" που είπαμε για να τραβήξουμε την προσοχή της. Αναγκάστηκε άτομο από το τραπέζι να σηκωθεί και να πάει ακριβώς μπροστά της ώστε να της παραγγείλει τα επιδόρπια. Τα επιδόρπια μας τα έφερε κάποιος εργαζόμενος από την κουζίνα διότι ήταν έτοιμα στον πάγκο για 1-2 λεπτά και δεν υπήρχε κάποιος άλλος για να μας τα φέρει. Για όλα αυτά δεν υπήρξε καμία πρόθεση/χειρονομία από το εστιατόριο για να επανορθώσει για αυτήν την άθλια εξυπηρέτηση! We did not feel welcome (grimaces, looks and tone of voice) in the restaurant while we were still at the entrance. There were no other customers as it was a daily afternoon. The restaurant staff and their friends had gathered "in company" but without eating / drinking, some sitting and some standing. They had closed the entrance and did not even make it to the side for us to sit down. Eventually their friends left and the employees went to their posts. Later, when the waitress brought the order, he left it "thrown" on the table, causing a roll to fall on the table. We said nothing while she said "Sorry" in the most apathetic way and disappeared (we never saw her again). We were sitting in a spot near the checkout (about 3 meters away). We were trying to order a quarter of the desserts from another girl who was sitting at the cash register and was busy on her cell phone, as there was no other employee on site to order. She did not look up for a moment despite all the "sorry" we said to get her attention. A person from the table was forced to get up and go right in front of her to order her desserts. Our desserts were brought by a kitchen worker because they were ready on the counter for 1-2 minutes and there was no one else to bring them to us. For all this there was no intention / gesture from the restaurant to make up for this miserable service!

Great Asahi Beer too - shame they ran out! The tables look small but everything works just fine. Totally recommend this place and will happily return!

The rice wasn't seasoned, everything was falling to pieces and half my maki pieces were only filled with cucumber despite that not being what I ordered. The staff is nice, but the sushi is probably the most disappointing I've had.
