Short version: Artipia Games makes interesting and challenging games, but their customer service experience towards me was abysmal, and I was dismissed as a "lost customer." I enjoy the products that Artipia Games produces but due to a negative interaction with customer service I felt this review was necessary. I purchased a sealed copy of Kitchen Rush (one of Artipia's products) and found that 2 of the timers were a little off and one of the wooden tokens was missing, and a couple were damaged. I contacted customer service, was told that they do not replace components on second hand purchases, but were willing to send the replacements for a minor fee to cover shipping. Over the next 3 months I waited for the replacements, nothing arrived. I sent 9 polite E-mails asking for information over the next month and a half, none of which received a response. Upon submitting a new ticket with a more firm tone I was told that sending the replacement pieces was overlooked and would be sent out at their expense. When I told them I'd already paid for the shipping, I was ignored (a further new support ticket received no response). Being told they would cover the shipping that I'd already paid for seemed dishonest on top of "forgetting" to send the replacement pieces for over 4 months (and only sent them at my second request).
