★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παιχνιδοσπιτο Golden Hall: Αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορα υπαλληλου σχετικα με καποιο τρενακι που ειχαμε αγορασει στη κορη μας. Πριν καν το χρησιμοποιησει το παιδι ειχε χαλασει στα χερια τα δικα μου και του αντρα μου 3 φορες. Προσπαθησε η υπαλληλοςνα με πεισει πως φταιει το παιδι το οποιο λογω μικρης ηλικιας δεν το ειχε αγγιξει ακομα. Την τελευταια φορα που το τρενακι πηγαινε ανεξελεγκτο μεσα στο σπιτι χωρις να μπορουμε να το σταματησουμε η υπαλληλος οταν της ζητησα να αντικατασταθει ή να μου επιστρεψει λεφτα γιατι προφανως και ηταν ελαττωματικο, στην κυριολεξια ουρλιαζε στο τηλεφωνο, εντελως ειρωνικη και απροθυμη, ζητησα τον υπευθυνο και ισχυριστηκε πως ειναι η ιδια ( στη πορεια βεβαια βρεθηκε ο πραγματικος υπευθυνος του καταστηματος, ευτυχως γιατι καταφεραμε να συνεννοηθουμε). Ως συνοψη: Προσοχη στα παιχνιδια γιατι ισως υπαρχουν ελαττωματικες παρτιδες και αν χρειαστει να εξυπηρετηθηκε σχετικα με αυτο ευχομαι να μην εχετε την τυχη την δικη μου να πεσετε στο συγκεκριμενο ατομο....ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ!!!
Golden Hall Playhouse: Unprofessional employee behavior regarding a train we bought for our daughter. Before he even used it, the child had damaged mine and my husband's hands 3 times. The clerk tried to convince me that it was the fault of the child who, due to her young age, had not yet touched him. The last time the train went unchecked inside the house without the employee being able to stop it when I asked her to replace it or return my money because it was obviously defective, she was literally screaming on the phone, completely annoyed and jealous claimed that it is the same (of course the real manager of the store was found along the way, fortunately because we managed to reach an agreement). As a summary: Beware of games because there may be defective lots and if it needs to be served in this regard I hope you do not have my luck to fall for this person .... UNACCEPTABLE !!!
