 Small transition without waiting (summer 2017) but thorough inspection of the vehicle and people. Apparently because there was no queue.

Laut diesen beiden Quellen ist Stand 20.10.21 die Einreise von Albanien nach Griechenland bzw. umgekehrt nur von 07:00-19:00 Uhr (albanischer Zeit, griechische Zeit dementsprechend 08:00-20:00 Uhr) möglich.
Small border crossing, which is called Mertziani in German by the Foreign Office or by the ADAC. According to these two sources, as of October 20, 21, entry from Albania to Greece or vice versa is only possible from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Albanian time, Greek time accordingly 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).
