Very bad customer service. When I booked the room I asked for a couple of hours late check out and they said ok. Then a very rude lady refused to give us a late check out and asked to pay the amount of an extra night even though we only wanted to stay 2-3 hours more. She was very rude and arrogant. The beds were very small as well. The location is nice.

Decent hotel, good polite service, great location very close to the city center, there is no breakfast however, not even to the room (due to covid) and the rooms could be a bit more updated. 4 stars for this one, therefore recommended.

We got a last minute room at the old town hotel and it was a very enjoyable stay. We were lucky to get a 4th floor room with three sizeable windows overlooking the old port. Really a fantastic view. Below you can hear the sounds of restauranting and scooters, but with modern windows in front of the old ones, it was easy to cut the noise out at night.

Although the rooms are… vintage, they are overflowing with character. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and we really felt like we were staying somewhere special.

The hotel is right on the seaside border of the old town, so all the great restaurants, bars and gelato vendors are right round the corner. Check in, enjoy the view, then spend the day strolling around the old town on the hotel’s doorstep. I recommend Rosmarino for dinner, Bellissimo for lunch, Papagiogis for gelato and Piccolo for cocktails.

Fine stay for mid-budget travel or an overnight on your way through Corfu. Clean rooms and really nice and helpful staff. 24 hour reception. AC worked great and bathroom was big and clean. A few minor things didn't work such as bedside table lamp. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable (we had 3 twins/small beds due to late booking) but everything was clean and we slept well. Easy walk to ferries - though a bit of a hike with baggage. A few restaurants right next door, one turn into the old town alleys full of shops, gelato, and more restaurants. Taxi stand across the street.

Great old-school portside hotel. Reasonable rates. Couldn't sample their breakfast due to Covid restrictions.

My IPad was stolen from my room and the hotel has done nothing and not responded to my messages. My iPad was taken from my suitcase during my stay and the hotel has refused to investigate or follow up on reimbursement.
