★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant stay, despite it would have been nice to know in adance not to leave the windows open as we were on top of the kitchen.
Don't discriminate between twins or double bed rooms: all the beds are single bed and they are just attached on the occasion / room.
The receptionists were nice and available but don't trust her sense of distance: everything is close but not all the things are! (E.g. Green bus station)
All in all, the only point not so positive was the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not seen friendlier and more trusting staff in any other place worldwide. They welcomed us in an unplanned/emergency visit and agreed to help us with everything they could provide. This hotel goes into the top list of my check-ins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a 3-star hotel it was great, sadly the bathroom was not new, but the bed was great and bedsheets too. View on the sea. Great. For a night that was enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in February 2020 for 4 nights.
The good : location. The closest you'll find to the city centre. The bathrooms are fantastic, though no toilet brush was available (only upon request). The staff was helpful.
The bad : very basic rooms, breakfast has only the absolute necessary foods.
The ugly : no air conditioning found operational (I tried two rooms, on the 1st one it was broken, and on the second the remote was not working at all). Also the hotel is adjacent to a Greek club with VERY loud music. I had to change room at 1 at night and move all the way to the other side of the hotel to get some sleep. The receptionist is smoking (I believe it's not allowed) and talking a bit loud, both of which bothered me.
The conclusion : highly priced for its amenities. Will not revisit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location overlooking the harbor on the edge of old town with hundreds of shops and dozens of small restaurants. Rooms are clean and well maintained in an older building. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel however does not have its own restaurant or bar. Breakfast is provided by room service. We hope to return on a future holiday.
