The location is very convenient towards the main ferry port, and I definitely will be booking my stay at the Kontaratos’ residence the next time I visit Paros!

He made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, his wife even gave me some homemade cake. The apartment was super clean/spacious and a fantastic location. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach but far enough from the main road where you could relax without hearing any traffic. The apartment included shampoo/soap, towels, fridge, washing machine and a great AC unit. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you George for the great stay.

I can honestly say about our host, that I have never met a nicer person in my life!!! This kind of Greek hospitality makes it hard to leave. We had a marvelous time. The apartement was fantastic, 360 surround view. Close to the beach and restaurants. I reccomend you just check for yourself. If you want to rent a quad or a car just ask George he knows the right people. You won't be disappointed booking at Kontaratos! The right place to come to rest and enjoy your holiday.!

Rooms were thoroughly cleaned and the studios are kept in great order. A very short walk to town, quiet at night, with great views. A delight to get to know George. I wish them continued success with this business and I hope to see them on my next trip back to Paros.

Fantastic room on top floor. Good space with lots of electric sockets, clothe hooks & storage facility. Beautiful bathroom with powerful shower. Good working fridge, washing machine and air conditioning. Last one not always needed due to well placed windows (with shutters). Penthouse style balcony with views of the town, Harbour and surrounding hills. Choice between sun and shade. Lots of fatantastic lighting. Owners absolutely lovely. So welcoming. Very helpful. Giorgio knows many of the businesses on the island and can help you find good deals for rentals or boat trips. We highly recommend!!!

However, the main selling point for me is the owner, George. He is just a gem of a person! Always, there to help, always kind and compassionate. He ensures that you have everything you need and will do everything in his capacity to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay here and I will definitely be making a booking at the place again, the next time that i visit Paros.

He helped us find a taxi when were unable to and provided us with luggage storage after checkout. I highly recommend staying here the next time you are in Paros!
s	susan burn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kontaratos was one of our trip highlights. We arrived by ferry, and walked to the property. Come off the ferry and go to the left for about 10 minutes, walking along the promenade until you come to an area with trees. Look for the Ephesus restaurant and turn right down that lane. Go to the end, about 3 minutes walk, and then left and next right. Continue along to the very end and take a left, where the entrance to the property is on your left. Beware the barking dog next door. George lives on just up the stairs at the property. Please let him know when you are coming as it is a family run hotel, and it is really helpful for him to know when to expect you. You will have the best time, with a wonderful host. We booked the top floor roof terrace and it was wonderful to sit there in the mornings and evenings, with 360 degree views and total privacy. The washing machine and great bathroom were welcome too. I highly recommend staying with George and his wife, in whatever room suits your needs. The area is quiet and off the beaten path, yet a nice walk into the old town.
