★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best choice for staying at Paroikia Paros island. Friendly, very nice place with wonderful clear rooms. Smart TV, wi fi and also a small kitchen with everything you need. A good place to be your base at Paros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very new place, they have studios and suites. Spotless clean, you can trust the owners will involve themselves in all your reasonable requests. Got a bathroom pipe situation, however it was fixed within minutes. Quiet place. Very good customer service, you are greeted with a smile at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The friendliness of the host. We forgot an object in the apartment and Nikos made It easy for us to recover quickly. The quiet garden, t'he location in the beautiful center of Parkiria. Thank you!!!. Negative: Our apartment faced t'he street and It was a bit noisy at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Good location in the village, yet very close to the port. Ground floor accommodation(one of 4 units) in a private garden. Within a quiet neighbourhood of locals yet very close to tourists shops, restaurants etc The extra bed is a real bed, not a sofabed, therefore its quite good.. Negative: Can be noisy at night with insects & cats Part of the apartment is quite dark inside. Kitchen facilities are all very very old and worn - though everything works. They are a apparently a collection of used items. But if you eat outside for 3 meals a day, its not an issue..

I booked a room 2 months before my trip and confirmed the room with them 2-3 weeks before my trip, ONLY to get an email a day before my arrival saying they’re system messed up and couldn’t honour my reservation. They did however book me somewhere else but the problem is I booked with them for the large shower AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE SAME TYPE OF ROOM. Where they rebooked me THE SHOWER WAS TINY!! I COULD NOT EVEN MOVE IN IT. HAD TO SHUFFLE MY FEET IN SMALL CIRCLES.
CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION MULTIPLE TIMES IN CASE “their system messes up” aka they over booked if u decide to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The owners were lovely and went out of their way to accommodate us. The apartment was lovely, new and clean. The location was close to everything (especially the beach!) and the island itself is lovely, with Parikia the nicest town in our opinion as well. Overall, we’d definitely stay at the Nautilus Apartments again!. Negative: Nothing, everything was amazing..

Great kitchen set up for us to self cater. Highly recommended. Thanks again for the pick up from the ferry despite several changes to the ferry schedule due to high winds.. Negative: All good..
