★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 φορες έχω βρεθεί να πληρώνω πράγματα στο service που δεν χρειάζονται, να μου λένε οτι φτιάχνουν κάτι και να σκάω χρήματα και να μην λειτουργούν ή να αδυνατούν να μου εξηγήσουν γιατί χρεώθηκα οτι χρεώθηκα για το τίποτα. Κακό service και κακή εξυπηρέτηση.
 2 times I have been found to pay for things in the service that they do not need, to be told that they are doing something and to run out of money and not work or not be able to explain to me why I was charged that I was charged for nothing. Poor service and poor service.

It is supposed to be an authorized Naka service point but it does not undertake all products! Caution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. They were very late with repairing my speakers. They even had the nerve to be rude about it when i politely protested about the delay. The actual work was alright, but they cannot be relied upon in terms of timely repair.
